Per the manual the aliens have unstable genetics resulting in weapons having different effects. For kill here are the damage numbers: Very, Very , Weak Kill: 2-5 points Very, Weak Kill: 4-10 points Weak kill: 6-15 points Medium Kill: 8-20 points Strong Kill: 10-25 points Very Strong Kill: 12-30 points Super Kill: 24-60 points Ultimate Kill: 36-90 points.

To enable multiplayer hold ctrl and shift on the main menu then click single player.
