I just discovered your walking workouts, and I absolutely love them! First, I am 63 years old, and I have never been one to jump around a lot. Your videos provide a good workout for the age I'm at now in my life. Secondly, I absolutely love that you do these workouts with your mom. I find this to be so inspirational I particularly enjoyed the banter between you and your mom. Your conversation sounds real and not scripted. April, I love your workout videos....I am 69 and I workout at least 30 minutes just about everyday along with drinking water, mostly, and eating no meat for the last 15 years!!! I have spent far too much time working in front of a computer and in doing so, my joints have started to get stiff and I'm losing some of my balance abilities. Started the 30 minute walking workout today. Have been working my way up to longer minutes. Started January 15th with Day one, then progressed to the 10 minute power walk, 15 minutes, then 20, then 25 minutes. Wasn’t sure I could do 30, but I made it! Thank you your videos. Great work out. I cheated and kept my fan on my but still got a little "dewey". Seriously want to say thank you. Working out with both of you and with a healthy diet, I have lost weight, my blood work came back really good and even walking up my stairs I can now do without getting out of breath!!! I love your videos. I particularly like your low key and wonderful relationship to your mom, who is a hoot! What you are doing is great. Having a lighter workout video is so important and overlooked by the exercise community. There are many seniors as well as others with heart issues that need a lower intensity workout. So Bravo to you for developing this. If I can make one suggestion, you provide a timer for the workout portion of each video,but you don't have a timer for the rest portion. I would love to see a timer for each portion!! Anyway, keep up the good work.

I just discovered your walking workouts, and I absolutely love them! First, I am 63 years old, and I have never been one to jump around a lot. Your videos provide a good workout for the age I'm at now in my life. Secondly, I absolutely love that you do these workouts with your mom. I find this to be so inspirational I particularly enjoyed the banter between you and your mom. Your conversation sounds real and not scripted. I've lost everyone in my family to heart disease, and having several autoimmune illnesses and a pacemaker at a 55, from one of the illnesses, keeps me on the right path with exercise and healthy eating. That's why I was devastated when I got sidelined by Covid. And yes, having a very active 16 month old grandson keeps me on my toes, but I'm so grateful for him.

I have spent far too much time working in front of a computer and in doing so, my joints have started to get stiff and I'm losing some of my balance abilities. Started the 30 minute walking workout today. Have been working my way up to longer minutes. Started January 15th with Day one, then progressed to the 10 minute power walk, 15 minutes, then 20, then 25 minutes. Wasn’t sure I could do 30, but I made it!

Great work out. I cheated and kept my fan on my but still got a little "dewey". Seriously want to say thank you. Working out with both of you and with a healthy diet, I have lost weight, my blood work came back really good and even walking up my stairs I can now do without getting out of breath!!! I hate exercising but you guys make it so enjoyable! Thank you!!!!

I love your videos. I particularly like your low key and wonderful relationship to your mom, who is a hoot! What you are doing is great. Having a lighter workout video is so important and overlooked by the exercise community. There are many seniors as well as others with heart issues that need a lower intensity workout. So Bravo to you for developing this. If I can make one suggestion, you provide a timer for the workout portion of each video,but you don't have a timer for the rest portion. I would love to see a timer for each portion!! Anyway, keep up the good work.
