Summarise to remember by association.I personally practiced heel to toes,,backwards walking to use back muscles, stepping forward and backwards in free dancing , moving legs in all directions, squatting as I am from the East , stepping on barriers forward and backwards with weight. They are the best of the best. Investment in health.Keep learning keep healthy and God blessings.

I appreciate this video. Thank you, Doug. I was so happy to find that I can do side stepping at the kitchen counter longer than you said! I'll come back here and keep watching this one. All of the exercises look safe for me.

I've just found your channel, and it feels like exactly what I've been looking for. I'm 35 and was recently diagnosed with MS. I had a relapse (or possibly multiple ones, we're not sure). That's when the diagnosis came in, and I started to lose the ability to walk properly. I am already on DTM and definitely feeling better, I started recovering. My main issues are balance and stability. Are these exercises also beneficial for MS patients?

I just saw in the video not to go to next exercise until you can do each exercise completely, whoops, maybe that should be said at the beginning 😢😢
