I appreciate this video. Thank you, Doug. I was so happy to find that I can do side stepping at the kitchen counter longer than you said! I'll come back here and keep watching this one. All of the exercises look safe for me.
Thank you for very useful exercises for balance. This is the first time I did this session. I am happy that I can do some of the exercises. I am Grace Thambirasa from Perth Australia.I have Parkinson’s hence these exercises are very helpful.
I've just found your channel, and it feels like exactly what I've been looking for. I'm 35 and was recently diagnosed with MS. I had a relapse (or possibly multiple ones, we're not sure). That's when the diagnosis came in, and I started to lose the ability to walk properly. I am already on DTM and definitely feeling better, I started recovering. My main issues are balance and stability. Are these exercises also beneficial for MS patients?

Thank you so much!
Good and helpful 💪
Thank you.
These were great, do you have any exercises to do if just diagnosed with osteoporosis and still struggling with balance from neuropathy 😢
I will be interested too
Thank you Sir.
I just saw in the video not to go to next exercise until you can do each exercise completely, whoops, maybe that should be said at the beginning 😢😢
Very important! 6:10 6:16
