For high risk I do think prisoner aging adds realism. A lot of them come in with very long sentences, and if they also commit murder within the prison the scentence very quickly adds up to more than a human lifespan. I once had an extremely volitle extremely deadly prisoner in supermax whose sentence went up to 500 years. Some people dying of old age while incarcarated is realistic for a high risk facility.
Tell you what, building a prison with noir, then 25hrs later turning it off. Quite the shock. My attempts at a small lunar max, pre-future tech... it's an awful place. Perhaps try; no release, slower clock, fast walking? Always impressed with your organized layout. Keep up the good work. Game on.

I think you can put buildings in the contraband zone since I don’t think they can throw contraband inside a building. Not an expert at all but that’s what I’ve heard.
I haven't been able to launch the game since Paradox took over this game. The launcher claims it can't access the internet, but that makes no sense. I've tried everything to get it to work.
I’m so confused. Why don’t you just start with a medium map instead of small since you were having space issues right of the bat? Is there some negatives to using larger maps??

yes you can have a building that is 10 metres wide and that wil stop the contraband.
