- It's time to set down some roots so in this episode we will be looking for the best planet to build a base on. We also grab our fist pet and find a few more interceptors in No Man's Sky 2023 gameplay.

My base is underwater on a planet with boiling rain haha

I think this game is all about being sidetracked. You doing one thing, then you get sidetracked into other thing, then into some third thing and by the time you deal with five other things you completely forget what were you doing in the first place. XD
And regarding the planet... well, I personally don't really like volcano planets because they kinda look the same, but that my only complaint and that haven't stopped me from establishing a base at one of those. So, it's fine, I suppose. Especially given the planet's name and race you actually like.
Had my first off site ancient site yesterday, previous 50+ before that were all on same planet.
That orange water is less than 5% juice just like the orange drink back in the day.

@19:00 It's amazing just how easy it is to get side tracked in this game. There's SO many things that you can do. It sucks and is awesome at the same time!
That planet was made with you in mind - build that base!! Also you could call your new pet Rei because it means My Companion and that's what he'll be to you.
The blue grass and orange water remind me of planet Namek from Dragon Ball Z
build over the hole with glass floors and put a short range teleporter so you can go to the bottom of the hold and put stuff there (first place you visited)

Honestly I REALLY wish we could have a hanger for our Exocrafts on our Freighters to deploy from. ! That would be AWESOME in my honest opinion.

Also to craft mods for them. My freighter has all the storage so it has all the resources.
Even better if we could drop down to the planet in our minotaur like Titanfall

Yeah I have had 5 or 6 off planet sites. It seems to happen if you are in your ship and close to space or in space. I would build a base there.

- Music choices were excellent! You could totally alternate between the classical style battle music in the other vids and the rock track in this one going forward!
- Also, Bob goes looking for a new base planet and ends up spending half the episode riding the mantis-crab he met _en route_ 🤣

I know you like your batwing interceptor, and I recently found a planet with black and orange ones, class C and B, but I found one that is easily my favorite. Class A, no wings or anything. Just a pod with landing gear and guns, looks to be all black. It's my stealth interceptor, and I'm trying to make enough to upgrade it to S class.
I can't stand living on planets like that myself, but if it makes you happy man, do it! Thanks for the vid man!

That ship is perfect. It's hard to find Red Intercepters. All I find are yellow or orange, or random white and blue ones

almost everytime I get a sentinel ship they send me to a different planet. If I have the stuff I don’t even go to a dissonant system you can just use the dreadnought eye or whatever anywhere and it will give you a ship location (usually out of galaxy)

I finally played again today. I had some lag issues as well. Maybe they're having server issues, But I know it's not my Wi-Fi.
P.S. I'd love your opinion on jumping into Is an old save. The updates have change things, But d*** I still love this game!
I’ve got one for checking out the new things, but love to start fresh with a big update to see how it changes the gameplay. It’s super easy to get money now btw.

@@additive8924 I‘ve never done it for a playthrough. Ep 1 gets lots of views and then it curves down pretty quickly as you get into a lot of progress. I guess I’m saying I don’t think it would get the views of a fresh start so I’ve never done it.

@@SurvivalBobGaming I do like the game what also turns me off tho is when i found out anyone can fix the setting etc to make free or less or more materials when farming etc that made it with the glitch hard to think things were special when gotten ships guns bases that ive seen built made it feel like anyone can do with out much work or not the same work anyways .great content tho ty for sharing

If you mean the ship trails you can get them at the quick silver guy or as expedition rewards.
Someone gave me 600M in the anomaly now I’m worried it’s going to ruin the game. I don’t think so but I wonder what you think? It’s more money than I can ever use for sure
If it’s your first time playing I’d get rid of it. Scarcity is what breeds creativity. If everything is too easy I get bored.

@harveybirdman593 buy a lot of something and then give it away. Or just use it to buy a new freighter a few times. Those can be 100 mill each.
