You should use the slogan "METROLINK GOES BOTH WAYS!" --- People need a laugh, and you need to get their attention. I live in Oceanside, and being able to go into San Diego in the afternoon on the Coaster and still get home is fantastic. Of course, I also ride Metrolink and/or Amtrak to Los Angeles.
Absolutely horrible customer service!! DO NOT BUY A ROUND TRIP TICKET A DAY BEFORE YOUR ACTUAL TRIP, THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND, THE APP IS HORRIBLE , AND DOES NOT LET YOU CHOOSE THE DATE OF THE TRIP

Very nice! I like how you expanded off-peak service, I think it will really help boost efficiency and ridership numbers.

Metrolink has even affected my job decisions. I had some Job offers earlier this year and one of the factors I considered was the metro link schedule
