- hello guys, I'm grateful to share my Remonstrations Story. I hope this Video will give you hope and motivation not to give up rather fight for your right to get a Visa. I shared the Steps that I've done ( remonstrations process), documents and Tipps for high chance of getting a Visa after refusal. Thank you 😊
So, how long after the remonstration letter did the embassy take to contact you again. And did they give you a visa the same day they asked you to go again
It takes 1 week till they contacted me to submit my passport for visa stamping and it take 1 week again till I received the passport with visa. Salamat
Hi. I'm a student and I applied for Austrian visa (business visa) to attend conference. But my visa has been refused and the reasons given did not seem to be correct because I provided every document. So today I have appealed for reconsideration. Do you know how long it takes for the Austrian embassy to reply? And what are the chances to get visa? My journey is on 21st September so I don't have much time left. Kindly help.
Hello appeal takes 2 weeks to 3 months and the change of approval is 40% .
My visa was reject for some reson what i will never understand, i apply to Sweden to see west side aroung Gothenburg, Lysekil and Stockholm and the embassy didn't understand that i prefer only one accommodation and to travel to city and come back on same city to not payment more hotel and accommodation...for embassy was strange this action,and another point was that they think that they have "doubts" with my return...since i apply a full ticket payment, my work contract,my no objection letter...I didn't have property on my name,i didn't have husbend or chield...and they say that for them is not a strong social connection....WTF we can't travel because they make scenarios with us...,but when European come to us,they get VISA in just 10 min...I can't understand why is so scenarios all this process...I m totally disappointed, i appeal the decision apply more payment ticket and explein that this is the way i orefer to travel,and they must respect my way....Anyway let's see how they close up this. 😢
In your cases with a sponsor how is possible to refuse you....I don't understand what they want...

Gaano katagal hintayin kapag nag email yung embassy at humingi ng isang documents
Pero naman po namin yung documents after 2 days

Hello sis, for PSA error po better to prepare affidavit of correction malaking tulong Po Yan incase maquestion po ang marriage niyo and para maiwasan ang any problem sa Visa application. Salamat 🙂

Hi po maam san po pwede itrack ung passport visa po kasi hanggang ngayon wala pa po mag 2 months na .. nag email na din po ang embassy malta sa sponsor for comfirmition po ..pero mag 2 weeks na din wala pa rin po
Hello, kung working Visa Po ang inapplayan ninyo matagal po talaga yan, may umaabot pa ngang 3 months bago mag decide ang embassy kung denied or approved. Salamat 🙂

Family visit po inaplayan ko kasi my husband is currently assign in germany he is airforces
5 days after the application the embassy email me asking for my husband job description
We are able to send the documents 2 days after how long do i have to wait for my visit or to heard from them
Hello, it will depend on the availability of the Embassy, but ang alam ko po kapag under Military ang asawa sa Germany naka assign you don't need to apply for family visit Visa , exempted po kayu. Rather may ibibigay sa inyo na documents ang Embassy to let you pass the boarder control. Salamat 🙂

hello , yes po pwd po na si Sponsor ang magsulat ng appeal letter po but you need to write also an Authorization letter po that you are authorizing your sponsor to do it for you. salamat:)
