    My friend hates to admit this to her friends, but this was her favorite Christmas present. ruclips.net/user/postUgkx8ISPQRRAfpAaX4msGjyodObTBnlj4T5g While I used to do the floors, since she hated doing them, this has changed things in our house. In one easy to use motion it sucks, dampens, cleans and dries the floor with a super clean and walk on a minute later surface. Load up the tank with solution and water to make it ready is about all you have to do. The big tank setting will do our kitchen, dinning room, hallway and entry with no problems.We do a light vacuum or sweep first to get rid of the big stuff, but if you floor isn't that bad, you wouldn't have too. We have kids, dog, neighbor kids, and winter crud, so our floors are usually that bad. It will handle anything, but just gets dirty faster and more hair is why we might get the big stuff. We can do everything from pulling it out to sucking to cleaned up in about 30 minutes, so it makes it quick and easy. Biggest thing is the floors are pretty much dry after you move the vacuum over them. No tracking, waiting, or foot prints everywhere. Cleaning is easy with sink rinse and let it air out a bit to dry. 5 minutes to cleanup and set to dry.I give credit to my sister, as she is a professional clean freak and this is her baby with about 1,000 sft of floor that has to be cleaned. She LOVES this and that is why we now have one. Great buy!

    She said the C1 does not work with a powered head, but the C1 titan and delphi both come with powered heads. can you explain what you meant? The titan also comes with Hepa filter not only the C3 as was is lead on in the video.

    • @mchardyvac
      @mchardyvac  7 лет назад

      Great question!
      There are two C1 machines available in Canada. The Compact C1 (which is the white one in the video) cannot be used with an electric powerhead. However, depending on which package you choose the Classic C1 (which is the grey one in the video) can be used with an electric powerhead.
      The C1 Titan and Delphi is a USA model and are not available in Canada, which is why they are not touched on in this video or compared against these packages.

    Hi, any thoughts on which one would be best suited for cat hair on a tight pile white carpet.

    • @mchardyvac
      @mchardyvac  7 лет назад +1

      Hi there! We would suggest the Complete C3 Cat and Dog, or the Complete C3 Power Plus.
      To effectively clean the cat hair off of a thick / tight pile carpeting you will need a powerhead with a stiffer agitator (brush bar) and height adjustment options. The C3 Cat and Dog comes with the Miele SEB228 powerhead and the C3 PowerPlus comes with the SEB236 powerhead. Both of these powerheads will be suitable for your needs.

    Hello, I live in Maine and if I buy the c3 complete powerplus from your store will I still get the 10 year warranty and be able to get it fixed in the United States, if I ever have to. This is the vacuum I want, but they don't sell this model in the United States. Thank you!

    • @mchardyvac
      @mchardyvac  7 лет назад

      Hi there! Thank you for your interest in the Miele products. Since we are an authorized Miele dealer in Canada we are unable to assist you with the purchase. We do not ship vacuums into the USA, and getting warranty service work would be quite difficult if the machine was purchased in a different country. You would need to purchase a comparable Miele canister through Miele's USA website (www.mieleusa.com) or use their dealer locator to find an authorized Miele dealer in your area.

    Can a HEPA filter be added to any of these? Or just the C3? I thought a hepa filter can be added to any miele vacuum.

    • @mchardyvac
      @mchardyvac  8 лет назад

      +Negative Ions You bet! Any current Miele vacuum can accommodate a HEPA filter. The only thing to consider is that the Classic C1 is not a sealed machine so there is still a chance for dust leakage. This is very minor and wouldn't bother most people but if you have breathing issues then we'd suggest the C2 or C3.

    C3 is fully sealed filtration system and c1 is semi sealed. C3 is good for customers with allergy problem.

    • @mchardyvac
      @mchardyvac  6 лет назад

      Yes - the Complete C3 units are fully sealed meaning there is a rubber gasket that goes between the bag door and the body of the vacuum. This ensures that the air and dust passes through the bag and both filters before being expelled from the machine. The Classic C1's (which is the grey one in this video) do not have this gasket so there's a chance of dirt and dust leaking from the vacuum before it passes through the bags and filters. Because of this, the Complete C3 units are better for allergies than the Classic C1 units.
      Please keep in mind that the Compact C1 units (which is the white one in this video) does have the gasket.

    This has gotta be the worse vacuum I've EVER bought. I bought the c3 less than a yr ago and it has already been in the shop 3 times. The price I paid I expected to NOT have it in the shop so much in less than a years time. Would not recommend this vacuum.

      Hi Candy Day! Sorry to hear about your experience with your new Miele Complete C3 vacuum. May I ask where you are located and what issues you have been having?
      Being both a retailer and authorized repair centre for the Miele brand this is not something we expect, nor something we run into a lot. We've been quite pleased with the C3 line and if we had a bit more information might be able to provide support or advice to prevent issues from popping up. Our contacts are as follows:

    I am sorry but I have to say it. Yes Miele is possible the best, I have a Miele Dishwasher. Their products are made to last way longer than most appliances. They clean better that most competitors. Ethics and customer service is impeccable. But you can't seriously expect that a Miele vacuum cleaner comes even close to the quality and performance of a Dyson one. Dyson revolutionised the Vacuum cleaner. You can't seriously expect to present a Miele like a superior product when a Dyson does it much better and last as longer if not more than a Miele.. I'm talking about Vacuum cleaners only.

    • @mchardyvac
      @mchardyvac  7 лет назад +2

      Thanks for your comment Juanchoja! Not only do we sell both Miele and Dyson vacuum cleaners, we're also an authorized repair centre for both products. This really allows us to see how the machine works out of the box, how long the units last, what type of repairs need to happen down the road, and the overall satisfaction that the customer has with the machine. This is how we come to our conclusions.
      We're not saying that Dyson is bad and Miele is good - Dyson is by far the best bagless vacuum on the market right now. It is with our experience and feedback that in certain circumstances Miele does out perform the Dyson units.

    • @juanchoja
      @juanchoja 7 лет назад

      That's interesting, thanks for your comment. I wouldn't know in what circumstances Miele outperforms a Dyson, I'm curious to know. In my experience, and also everyone I know, would prefer a Dyson, of course when you say Miele, everyone including me would respect it. In my case, I have dogs, Dyson Animal is the only Vacuum cleaner that gets rid of the dog hair in carpet. I've tried the Miele Version and it doesn't come even close. My Dyson lasted me for 11 years, only because my contractor used the vacuum cleaner with construction dust and broke it. I got a new one this year. During these 11 years, I only had to service it once, Dyson collected it and even replaced the handles and renovated the machine. I see myself with this new vacuum cleaner for 20+ years

    • @mchardyvac
      @mchardyvac  7 лет назад

      You're more than welcome for our comment.
      I'm glad to hear you are enjoying your Dyson. Again, they are a great machine and are well suited for many different households. Like many appliance manufactures Miele provides different features on their vacuums for different situations. If you tried one of Miele's straight suction packages (which are designed for home without pets / carpeting) in your home it wouldn't work well at all. However, if you had the packaged suited to the flooring type and pets in your home the outcome might be different.
      With that said, like anything in life we're all entitled to our own opinions. What one person thinks works well for their home might not be a good option for someone in a similar situation. This is why we ask several different questions when recommending a vacuum to someone. When talk about the quality of product A versus product B it's based upon several years of first hand experience having the machines in our service facility and hearing feedback from clients.
