    My comments are for this and all the other vides I watched produced by The RCNetwork, thank you for taking the time to inform the RC community. Being new to RC, the videos have reduced my learning curve for all things RC in the world of short course trucks and buggies. RCNetwork videos has proved invaluable in expanding RC knowledge and experience. The production of each video is well thought out and focused. Thank you very much RC Network.

    Hi Rich how are you? Great video on this Team Losi car. My question is: will it be advisable if for instance the Rear wheel we use also the the size of the front wheel? So all 4 front wheel size we use in the car. Because the front wheel is thinner. And I want to use Pop Hop Tamiya's tyre that has Spiky look in all 4 wheels. Thanks for your views.

    • @TheRCNetwork
      @TheRCNetwork  2 месяца назад

      I highly doubt it - the rears have so much more that will sit into the front arms, likely causing steering issues, not to mention it will probably drive terribly.

    I really like RawSpeed RC wheels on my 5.0, but their rubber hasn't had good enough lifespan for me on my local clay track - they just wear into slicks after one day. But the wheels are better balanced than anything I've tried so far.

    • @TheRCNetwork
      @TheRCNetwork  4 года назад +1

    Looks like an awesome build! I'm not really into racing, nor do I have any local tracks, but would love to build one of these high-end race kits - just because they look pretty sexy. Would you ever recommend running one at a local parking lot... Meaning will they handle a very flat & fast surface, or should I stick with an Infraction for that? If no, what other surfaces could be considered? I've had my eye on the TLR 8ight XE for a while.

    • @TheRCNetwork
      @TheRCNetwork  4 года назад +1

      1/8th scale would be more inline with the infraction - like the 8ight XE - it will similar with size, but way better (higher end) components.

    Not sure if you are sponsored so excuse me if I’m putting you on the spot, not my intention. Anyways, I am thinking of getting back into the hobby. I did just by a rustler 4x4 and am having a blast bashing. So my question is this. I’m going to get a kit and I am deciding between this kit and the new tekno 4x4 truggy kit. Any pointers or opinions?

    • @TheRCNetwork
      @TheRCNetwork  4 года назад +1

      The ET410 (Tekno's 1/10th truggy) is a blast to drive - much wider than a buggy (like the 22X-4) . It also accepts standard Stadium truck wheels/tires or SCT wheels/tires. between the two - the 22X-4 will be more mainstream - or more opportunities to race (if that's what you're going to do)......some places have adopted 1/10th scale truggy classes, but only Tekno and Xray have an official 4wd truggy - some places have allowed 1/10th truggy to race with SCT.

    • @TheRCNetwork
      @TheRCNetwork  3 месяца назад +1

      For 4wd 1/10th buggies, there's usually only one model. Some manufacturers have 2 different models for 2wd buggies. I've never ran on carpet, so I'm not the best knowledge for that. My EB410.2 from Tekno is a solid dirt car though.

      Heat comes from different things: Terrain? Weight of truck? Free drivetrain? ESC and Battery? The reedy 10.5t should be fine for the Pro2, but not ideal. It's a 2 pole motor, so doesn't have the best amount of torque like a 4 pole motor will have.
