That is exactly what happened at his concerts. I was 14 and Elvis came to town. My Dad was a police officer who was also a body guard for him while in town. I wanted to see him really bad and my Dad got me 2 tickets second row right smack in center stage. Then Elvis was nice enough to give me one of his pictures autographed to me. My Mom took me and I will never forget. I felt he sang every song to me. Just discussing it is exciting. My Dad said he was a very good man.

Ray... I saw Elvis 3x in concert in Texas in the 70s. Let me tell you...when he began this song I knew it was the end of the concert and NEVER FAILED to make me cry!! That was Vernon ,his father waiting in the car for Elvis. My last concert was in 77. 😢 It was said Elvis chose this song to show his love for us fans of his!

This was the year I attended 2 of his concerts. The 2nd concert was my present for my 11th birthday. It was Amazing. Elvis had the best bodyguard team I've ever seen. They freaked out when he saw a young guy being beaten and got out of the car and told the 2 attackers to come at him instead. They all realised it was Elvis and ended the night with cops and autographs but the 3 guys all made up and settled the beef because of Elvis. This was just a few weeks before he died.

Ray, this was such a badass Elvis video. When they announced, "Elvis has left the building," they weren't kidding. His security team had him out of the parking lot before the fans could get out of their seats. Because he exited so quickly, I have never seen Elvis perform encore songs. He couldn't come back cause he had literally " ....left the building. "
Went to his concert in Bloomington, Indiana 1974. You knew when he started that song, the show was finishing. You hoped it lasted longer..then he went off the stage. A few moments later you heard, “Elvis has left the building!”. That’s when it began to sink in. Now all you had was the memory. Here it is almost 49 years later, besides loving the show, the main thing I remember, is the one time I borrowed some binoculars. I looked at him and said, “Damn! He’s just as good looking as he is in the movies!”.
He always closed his shows with that song. The whole audience was on an emotional high throughout the concert but when he started singing that song you could see, hear & feel the "Oh no! It's almost over!" vibe all around you. They always hustled him out that fast. Everyone knew he didn't do encores but we applauded & screamed for it anyway. And then those dreaded words..."Elvis has left the building". They always did that, we knew it was coming but felt crestfallen anyway. But as the thousands of us walked out we were all exhilarated at what we'd experienced. You could feel that all around you too. I got to experience it twice & I feel so fortunate. That man was absolute magic. 💙🌿💙🌿💙🌿💙🌿💙🌿💙🌿💙
@@susyq810 You're very welcome, Susy! I'm always wishing I had a time machine so I could whisk people back to those concerts with me to REALLY share it with them. Elvis was even more beautiful in person & he had such a rapport with his backup singers & band. I saw him in '73 in Nashville & '74 in Louisville. At those times he seemed to still be genuinely enjoying himself & having fun on stage. I was 18 or 19 & was always going to concerts (Led Zeppelin was my favorite band) but I'd been brought up since toddlerhood hearing Elvis's music & seeing his movies. I enjoyed all those other shows & artists. But Elvis was just so special, a true icon. Unforgettable.💙 Thanks for your nice reply.💙🌿

Ray (RElvis), the reason you are so loved by us Elvis fans, and I think I can speak for most of us, is because there’s no better gift that you can give a true blue Elvis fan than watching you fall in love with him the way we love him, and honestly appreciating his God-given talent! I love to see you on your Elvis Journey. I remember when I was 11 year old in 1985. It was Elvis 50 years birthday and they showed a lot of Elvis movies in danish tv. I watched Jailhouse rock, the 68 special and Blue Hawaii. I was sold imidiatly ! I started to buy All the records I could get and I loved comming home and hearing new songs. Today I still listen to him every day. You have so much to look foreward too 😊😊
Good morning Ray! Ohhh our Elvis has made you a fidgety, jumping wreck again today!! You should have your own tv show, one of the funniest people on earth and what’s even better, it’s not rehearsed 🤣 it’s so natural and spontaneous! ‘He can fly and sing!!’ I lost it 😂 we wait on your Elvis reactions with such anticipation but your health comes first… look after yourself, we are going no where 😊
I saw him in concert at the Scope Coliseum in Norfolk, Virginia, in 1975. From the moment, the “2001 Space Odyssey” began to play until they announced he has left the building, the Colosseum was a frenzy. It was truly the greatest concert I have ever seen and boy was he special. I always enjoy your reaction.❤️
BRO, Fans would go crazy when the music would come up for "Can't Help Falling In Love With You", because they knew the concert was over, and a minute or so later, the announcement that "Elvis has left the building. Thank you and good night", meant he was already long gone. He sure looked super cool with his capes. Many a news reporter would comment that ELVIS looked "superhuman". Take Care of your back. My earlier comment about my buddy's back, wasn't helped overnight. If you've got a good chiropractor and you feel better afterwards, keep going to him.
He wasn't a eagle to fly,he was a total Angel that was brought to us and he knew when he opened up his cape ,it was him spreading his angel wings out to the world
I LOVE that you respect ELvis. I saw a lot of reactors I'm not the kiss ass .You make LOOOVE Elvis, and I am not a child . In my 60 I wish l could have seen him,but HE was banned in my city . SAD The Francophone😢

I smile and laugh so much all the way through that my jaw aches by the end 😄😂 My job can be stressful and tiring as I work for the NHS here in the UK, but when I watch one of your Elvis reactions, all that stress just disappears. I have been an Elvis fan for most of my life and I've watched a lot of reactors on here and you are by far the best. You also have some of the best subscribers. Hey Ray my name is Greg I've been watching from the beginning. I love it, I love Elvis. What do you think about this, Elvis broke the color barrier for RnB and soul music. And his dancing was banned as you might already know. There was a town in NY I think, where dancing was outlawed because of Elvis. And he broke that law so he was going to jail. But instead Parker got him in the army. What do you think about that. Keep up the great work. TCB

‘He can fly and sing!!’ I lost it 😂 we wait on your Elvis reactions with such anticipation but your health comes first… look after yourself, we are going no where 😊
Well said!🌻
Please react,An American Trilogy ' Aloha 1973
Thanks again for the great reaction 😂😂
No problem!!
You keeping elvis alive and we thank you from UK your reaction is funny and respectful love it x
I so love watching your reactions! You, sir, are hilarious!
Glad you like them!
The Vegas version or the Aloha version are also great vibe
I love your reactions ❤
BRO, Fans would go crazy when the music would come up for "Can't Help Falling In Love With You", because they knew the concert was over, and a minute or so later, the announcement that "Elvis has left the building. Thank you and good night", meant he was already long gone. He sure looked super cool with his capes. Many a news reporter would comment that ELVIS looked "superhuman". Take Care of your back. My earlier comment about my buddy's back, wasn't helped overnight. If you've got a good chiropractor and you feel better afterwards, keep going to him.
Love that song!
SAD
The Francophone😢
You feel when you look at him as well. The charisma has never been topped by anyone else that I have seen. Whatever this man had beyond the obvious, he had more abundantly than the rest of us. Vicki
Vegas one 1970 us also great too vibe
Ray your Elvis reactions keep getting better, if that is even possible....
I could suggest many songs for you to react to, but I don't feel the need as they are already doing such a great job with their suggestions and requests. Thanks guys.
Yes, we feel Elvis when we listen to him and watch him and you get that, so you're one of us now. Welcome to the Elvis Family ♥
I am so happy to hear that i can help u after a long day at work 😁 and yes, vibegang is on point with their request. i appreciate u, and thank you for your kind words
Hi Jacqui Louise 🌻between Elvis and Ray
we have the best a fan could ask for. Ray makes me laugh til my sides hurt and Elvis just makes me happy...pure and simple. The dynamic duo 😂😂🦸🥰
@@susyq810 I couldn't agree with you more 😊🥰
Having to watch the Elvis reactions u already have done while ur on vacation. Have safe trip
Superhero, I love it ..
Love ur reaction on this. With me being a woman I know exactly how those women were feeling. I wish I had got to see the man n concert or to hug him shake his hand or just to stare at him. He’s truly missed that’s for sure but he left enough of himself for us to enjoy and keep him alive n our hearts. Thank you so much ur the best at reactions. U really listen to the words and meanings of a song and then throw n some stuff to make us laugh.
Thank you for another night of fun. I’m sorry your back is bad. I get it, as my daughter has had three spinal surgeries, and never out of pain. I will pray for you. I’m so happy you’re taking some time off. Enjoy! See you Wednesday.
Another great reaction! 👍 keep 'em coming. No one ended a concert like Elvis! Totally crazy mayhem from the crowd! That's why he never did an encore- had to get out of the bldg fast.
Ray, your Elvis reactions are fire! Fire!! 🔥 I have to end every sentence with an exclamation, they are so hot! Thank you Sir! Seriously, EPE needs to put you on the payroll doing these reactions, and they should be paying you to react to Agent Elvis. Now that is something I would want to watch!
I appreciate that
This was at Madison Square Garden I think. They called him a Prince from another planet in the papers!
First of all I'm sorry your back was so painful yesterday, but happy it feels better today! I know that pain! You are so right! You feel Elvis singing deep inside! Never felt those emotions with any other singer in my lifetime! He was special! Thank you Ray!
That's how a BOSS leaves the stage
PLEASE react to mystery train/tiger man opening scene from that's the way it is you'll love it can picture your face at his moves make sure you have a cigarette for after great to see how much you love our man ❤
Thank you Ray for the shout out! I love your reactions to Elvis ❤... keep them coming.
You are so welcome
He knew how to to work it to his crowd back then, and he still works it for us after all these years, that's why he's so amazing and so loved all over the World
Search into his Christmas music for the holidays,he has a amazing track
Hey Ray my name is Greg I've been watching from the beginning.
I love it, I love Elvis.
What do you think about this, Elvis broke the color barrier for RnB and soul music. And his dancing was banned as you might already know.
There was a town in NY
I think, where dancing was outlawed because of Elvis. And he broke that law so he was going to jail. But instead Parker got him in the army. What do you think about that. Keep up the great work. TCB
@hounddog1956 I just thought that Elvis was a only child and the draft can't take an only child
Thank you so much for the shout out. The feeling is mutual. You give me something to look forward to everyday. No other reactor can compare to you. Thank you for just being you and staying true to who you are.
Facts!!
With cheese on it !!😂😉
Thanks Candie for inspiring Ray with your suggestions 👌💕🕺
Thank you ladies, you all have inspired him so much on this Elvis journey. ❤️
They had to announce that or the crowd would rush the stage thinking he was still there
