I think we can make a case for Wonder Girl making her live-action debut in 1976 in the Wonder Woman television series. Granted, the character's name was Drusilla and not Donna Troy, and this iteration of the show was set during World War II. Wonder Girl's first appearance (pre-Donna Troy; originally Diana as a teenager) was in Wonder Woman issue #23 (May/June 1947) giving us a 29-year gap.
Douglas Croft, Robin in the first Batman serial, was the youngest actor to play the character, at age sixteen (Robin was originally a younger character in the comics), and one of the youngest actors to play any teen superhero ever.
It's funny because when Batman and Robin released, Nightwing hadn't worn a costume like the one in the film yet. It's believed that Robin's costume in Batman and Robin inspired future Nightwing costumes, especially New 52 which looks exactly the same sans cape.

According to the wiki Robin's suit was based on Nightwings suit from 1996. But they took away the gauntlets and big bulky boots, something that would become a regular look for Nightwing. So while the movie didn't invent the symbol design for Nightwing, it did create the streamlined suit that Nightwing would have from them onwards in the comics.

In Arrow she did take on the Ravager title, but Isabel Rochev is her own character in the comics and with the exception of her connection to Slade Wilson and the fact that she suited up as Ravager towards the end of her time on the show, her character is just an adaptation of her comic namesake.
I personally love the way Season 5 expands the universe and brings together all the supporting heroes, Titans Together is still one of the most hype finales in any DC show. But I might just be biased because of the focus on Beast Boy since he's my favorite of the core Titans.

Because I always thought the names "Brother" Blood and "Mother" Mayhem were meant to be twists on how the Catholic church refers to monks as "brothers" and how the head nun in a convent is usually referred to as "Mother" Superior. And Leonid Constantinovich Kovar (he was originally called Starfire before Koriand'r took the name, and changed it to Red Star after the alien Titan debuted) was an ally of the Teen Titans and later a full fledged member of the Titans starting in the Titans Hunt storyline. The reason Kid Flash is fighting him on the cover of his first appearance is because Marv Wolfman wrote Wally West as a typical midwestern conservative during the Cold War; so Wally did not trust Leonid simply because he's Russian, so they argued a lot and actually came to blows, but they still pulled together in the end to defeat the villain, cat burglar Andre LeBlanc. Have they changed Red Star to be a villain more recently? Slight correction; When Bat-Girl first appeared in the Teen Titans title, she, along with Beast Boy, Hawk, Dove, Golden Eagle, Gnarrk, and Lilith Clay formed the Teen Titans West in California. The original Teen Titans team was Titans East since it was located on the East coast. Interestingly, Titans West kind of foreshadowed the West Coast Avengers.
