OK so I just tried the white platform trick after seeing a multitude of comments about it - that’s awesome. Never knew Nintendo put it in Mario Maker!

As the mom who made the level...I must say that it was almost as much fun watching you play as my 3 boys. (They will get a kick out of seeing this video!) And yes...you had it correct, I will make a level as revenge for when it's been a long night with them. Great way to end the night with a smile and lots of laughs.

Ok, so there's a trick in super Mario maker. If you first meet these criteria
1) you are in SMB3 Theme.
2) Your standing on a semi-solid platform (mainly the ones with screws in it)
If you hold down for long enough on these, you will activate a mini jump. That's how your supposed to beat it. Learned this trick from Ceave gamings three door trial episode

You could totally release these every day and I'd watch them on repeat
-Mr. A-Game, to get the first red coin at 0:37, stand below it and hold down for a few seconds. Mario will do a micro hop and get the coin easily. It's an easter egg that only happens on the white semisolids in Mario 3.

You've made forty awesome viewer level videos! Do you ever feel like giving a Hammer Bro. 100 coins for one of his hammers, and smashing the Super Mario Maker disc with it? When Nintendo makes a Super Mario Maker Switch, they should have a 100 Mario challenge specifically for troll levels only.
Here's a tip for the first level that you played: When you try to get the pink key coin that is on top of the white semi-solid, hold the joystick down for a couple seconds, and Mario will do a small jump. According to a RUclipsr named Ceave Gaming, who made The Magical Don't Run Ruins, this little secret trick is a reference to the glitch in Super Mario Bros. 3.
When you say "Baby Bowser" as opposed to "Bowser Jr," it doesn't get me all that mad. If you want to call him Baby Bowser, then just call him that. Not everything is accurate, society!

Joseph cheeseinthepie is Super Mario Maker Switch confirmed? I’d love that as I don’t have a Wii U but I’ve thought of some nifty level designs I’d like to use.
Also yeah, I’d say about 40% of people say Baby Bowser anyway, it may as well be canon.
No, but I'm pretty sure that Nintendo will think about doing this someday. Think about it: Super Mario Maker has sold millions of copies. If Nintendo doesn't make a Super Mario Maker 2, I'll be shocked. If they did come out with a Super Mario Maker 2, I would have to earn some big bucks to get a Switch counsel. I mean, that thing is expensive! #toomuch$$$formyblood

I pretty sure on the first level if you hold down you actually hop a little bit as an Easter egg from Mario 3. That’s probably how it’s meant to be done but your shot was pretty cool

In the first level you can take the key from Bowser Jr. And come back to the goal locked door, skipping the other 2 coins 🤔
But how you back from valley?
You can't because he had to ride the skulls to get to the door. If he went back he would fall to his death

Um actually, in a past mario game bowser refers to bowser Jr as "past me" and as jr is used at the end of a man's name to show that he is the son of a man with the same name, somewhere, Nintendo went wrong. Anyway while referring to him as bowser Jr is the term Nintendo use, baby bowser is ok.

In the first course, can't you get the key from Bowser Jr / Baby Bowser and go back down the pipe, then use it to beat the level?
Omegaling Jack / TheShiningDecidueye I don’t think so because of the skull platform you have to ride to get into it. If you tried to go back out, you’d just fall down and die.

If you press the button in the bottom of the d-pad, in super mario bros 3, in white squares /rectangles, mario will do a very little jump
