Thank you so much! I'm from marketing background and have had the opportunity to work with the tech teams on websites and apps. I am finding myself highly inclinedtowards product management. Making a shift and looking for resources that could help me do that and take it up as a full time career. It's been three years and after checking up with each online course offerings that I didn't take up I stumbled upon this video. Thank you so much for really bursting this myth of doing a course or certification is mandatory. With almost every second institute and university selling this, I really was getting very anxious to choose the right one. Crossing fingers. Hii... I have 12 years of experience in Software engineering (avionics). Currently working as QA Lead. Hold SAFE POPM certificate as well. Need to understand if I may directly pursue Chief Product Officer certificate or first get into Product Owner role, then pursue Product Manager certificate and then after a few years get into CPO certificate

Hiii mam i did my BCA from a well known college with 9.32 cgpa and currently i am doing MBA from a TIER 3 MBA COLLEGE I want to get into the role of technical Product Manager. Will the tier 3 college affect my dream ?! Is big companies like Microsoft , Google hire only from IIM 's ? Waiting for your reply ❤️
Yes doubt that MBAs from tier 3 would be picked up by Google for pm roles. But that doesn't mean u can never get in, if you start small you can be better than anyone else
