Just ordered my BRG M4 Comp X Drive a couple of days ago. I got lucky with the allocation number so it's currently sitting at step 1. Great info as always. I ordered an M2. It's built in their Mexico plant. I live in the Northeast US in CT. My understanding is that BMWs built in the Mexican plant will be put on ships to send to the U.S. Can you do a video about tracking from Mexico and how it differs from tracking from Germany or SC?
Bmw app seems very buggy, alot of times trying to use the remote camera feature or just the updated status lately not working properly. And in the car 2024 the server seems to be down or not accessible any thoughts?
I have noticed the app was down on Wed for everyone. It could be related to that. BMW does have their own app development team that you could get a hold of through calling BMW Assist. I'd have a chat with them and see if they can open up a ticket for you.
Fyi: Recently upgraded my note9 to a s24 ultra with 5g capabilities now I'm seeing a better response regarding the bmw app usage maybe the phone was the issue with the app the note 9 I upgraded from wasn't 5g

Mine is in transit, too. I started my order in end of April. Supposedly it will arrive next week.

Got a build set up for week 43 (late October 2024). The website is slow as hell to navigate but as long as the car gets built, I won't complain

Ah your car is soo close! They say typically a week after it comes a shore, but I have seen the truck rolling up with it in 4-5 days too.
