- Today I'm recreating this beautiful modern farmhouse home! I don’t usually go for darker exteriors, but this one really caught my eye! The colours felt like this home would fit well in a forest or nature setting. I decided to build this in Windenburg and make it perfect for a vacation lake house. Let me know what you think of this build and don't forget to rate my recreation skills out of 10!

I actually forced myself into the christmas spirit by decorating my house and putting up lights outside, I thought it was the only thing that could save my year, and it did help a lot
I actually got a small crew of people to go Caroling. It was great fun. Brought the Christmas spirit home for me. 🥰
I love the idea of being able to own multiple properties! I'd love to be able to have my Sim be a landlord and rent out homes they own. I also really wish we had a real estate agent career.

Yesss please show us your take on larger/family homes! When I play with families it’s usually about 4-5 sims but I like for each kid to get their own room 😂 would loveee to see larger homes on your channel!
I like how we have Etsy for Sims, now I wish there was an Airbnb for sims, like you can rent out lots you own. The nicer they’re decorated, the more you can charge nightly.
Omg, that sounds amazing! It's almost like hotels, which would also be fun... I hope we get something like that at some point!
I have never been so in love with a channel on the first video. Your mic and voice are so clear, your ability to recreate real life buildings is just astonishing. Don’t even get me started on that interior design chile... Typically i skip through these kinds of videos but I literally sat through every second without moving from my seat and breaking eye contact. Keep it up thank you for the hard work!
I'm a new subscriber and I had to mention something I find absolutely adorable and 100% the reason why I clicked on that subscribe button: the fact she says "we" instead of "I" cause she includes her viewers who help her.
I love the landscaping! I really got to figure out how to use debug.
once you get the hang of it it’s a game changer!
I use it a lot when build..just type
Ctrl+C+ shift quick at once you see the blank bar.
first the build codes: bb.moveobjects

All these left above sims 4 menu.
Then after typed all in..make sure you typed it right.
Then go under where you see menu where you see the house icon..tree icon..under there you see a chair that menu can search.
Typ there: debug you see this **debug**
A list but make sure its set on showing everything. Than go in there you find so much debug products, only thing not working us food, drinks, glasses. Food bowls will disappear. Only the non active debug you can use. Its awesome..😊
What does debug actually do?
@@tia6991 when type all build cheat codes in: you can use liveedited objects. There are stuff in there which sims made the game of..but some you can't use and those are, food objects they will be cleaned up because its an active script in it..you can use houses to put at your builds or bridges, standard houses as decoration etc

I was in the Christmas spirit since September. Im not a person of being outside, I prefer to be in my home, in the cozy vibe and taking some hot cocoa while I watch Sims videos, read and spend time with the family 🥰
To make the build in seat for the wider seats is to place the cabinets like done here then make a half wall that isn’t attached to another wall and put the cabinets on them. Rotate the wall and place it so those cabinets are in the same squares as the first set of cabinets. Then use the sledge hammer to get rid of the walls. Then put in a large bench. I do this often. :) its playable.
It's my first time here. I love that you talk in the video, it's so soothing to listen to and nice to hear like the ideas behind the decorations etc ^_^ this build looks so good and realistic in the sense that not only it matches the picture 10/10 but I could imagine myself (or my Sims) living here. It's very natural and not too full.
This house is absolutely gorgeous. Dock Den is one of my favorite lots too. I bet the views are amazing from all those windows.
i love the kitchen color scheme its very beautiful. i can completely understand about not wanting to build a huge house , thats waaaay too much work. keep doing the houses the way you like those other people will be fine lol alsoo im going to build this house too im very excited !

I get where you were going with the kitchen. But as a whole, the entire build is beautiful. 💖 At the end of the day, it's your creativity and choice. It's definitely not ugly!!!

Yeah, Canadian here too haven't seen any Santa in any malls at all. I too also feel the same how Christmas is very different this year.. I always forget that there's holidays as I don't look up or care too much for holidays cause we have to stay home just for safety precautions. But we do get birthdays we celebrate in the household only of course but usually I would go out and eat when it's somebody's birthday lol. Thanks for this wonderful video as always! Your voice is just really calming or something I like watching simmers build! Hope you have had a great holiday if you are just reading my comment after the holidays and to everyone else hope your staying safe and having an enjoyable Christmas this year. My sim families usually 3 kids. You could build a 5bdr house 1bdr is guest room
I use a lot of cabinets! I use lot of debug items a lot too.

I agree with your multiple home idea! I was just thinking about them letting sims own multiple homes or even let them have real estate that they rent out to other sims that would be interesting too.
Interior is great! it feels so realistic and I would love to have an outdoorsy house like this!

Girl.. I've been playing the Sims for about 12 years now. This is a beautiful house build. Very charasmatic and impressive. It's cool you're able to copy this build from an image- I have attempted many times and can't ever seem to get it how I want it to look compared to the picture reference. i feel like i'm definitely in the outcast group where i almost exclusively build homes/apartments for one individual sim with an office rather than family homes bc my brain short-circuits for homes with more than two bedrooms

I always have families that are too large 😂 I love making big families, and combining households in like a townhouse, lots of households in my game are 8 sims lol

I love your houses and I think they fit well on bigger lots and more luxurious sims, but I would love if you do I wouldn't say bigger houses but with more rooms, my families tend to get pretty big. And I like the colors, looks more unique

Finally found it. I used CurbAppeal under the hashtag search option with the "most recent" filter on. I can't wait to have my Sims move in. Such a cool build. This is a beautiful dark modern style.

i normally don’t watch larger builds like this because i find them a bit same-y and boring but this build is incredible !! this is the first video of yours i’ve watched but i’m definitely subbing and watching some more🥰 also i’d love to see you do larger family builds! people always make them so that the kids share rooms but i love mine having their own rooms, especially when they’re different ages. i normally play with 2 parents and 3 kids so a big family house would be great (:

I agree that it would be very cool to have more than one property in the Sims but I would really like to add something to it. It would be great if it belongs to you but other people can rent it either for living in there or just for a vacation so that you can make money out of that.

I live in England and the only thing that would make me feel like Christmas is Snow, and yes i do feel like Christmas but not as much as last year
After watching this I went back into the game and everything felt so damn SLOW 😅 ..It's like that meme where they asked how long it took to build it and you answer 7 days or something like that 😂 Really like your ideas and it watching your recreations, they inspire me to do quite a bit and OH! try building a family home with 4-6 people.. my usual play is.. husband+wife and 2 children where one is adopted depending if the child was boy or girl.
Oh and here in South Africa the Christmas spirit wasn't right, the whole "wasted a year on covid" atmosphere ruined it but happy holidays and be safe!
