    Im a big fan of allblanc and do the workouts alot.. got home wanted to workout didnt see the time for tjis video and thought "only 4 minutes? 🤨"... after being done i know why omg my chest feels dead 😂😂😂

      Horrible Form but still strong guys. Since it's also about avoiding injuries they should put a focus on that too

    The planks were not done in the correct form. some booties were raised way too high aren't you supposed to be all leveled up?

      2 a day is the standard, but do however many you feel like you can do without hurting yourself
