Who, like WHO, would think a family hauler could look this gorgeous, that is ALL I can say about it. Yes, yes, I know it is a Volkswagen something that does not show up in aggressive cars. But driving by a large glass window on a sunny day and having a smile on your face when you look at the reflection is priceless. I don't think this will be a daily for very long Andrey - someone will buy it off of you.

The transformation from plan stock to elegantly aggressive with the white & black out parts... makes it unique .
Thanks, I think it looks better than factory stock R-line models due to the fact that i painted the fender flares and all chrome moldings! 🙌🏻😁 plus i am not a fan of the black strip that runs across the rear bumper molding and side door moldings
Nice job as usual. I'm not a fan of black wheels, to me it looks like a car with it's hubcaps missing. But that's the great thing about life in a free world we all have different tastes and we're free to have them. I like your white parts through the grill and head lights. I'm doing a similar thing with a peppermint green VW Caddy van but I'm running a red stripe through it like a GTI.
Thanks, I did do gloss black which are a little more visible during daylight. i always tell myself do silver or gray wheels and end up going with black wheels all the time 😂🤷🏼♂️ i saw the white strip somewhere first and liked it, but then i also a red one and it looked kinda cool, maybe I will redo in red along with red calipers 😁👍🏻

Time for some Golf R springs to finish it off!
I actually installed H&R Springs, Was not happy with them the rear was really sagging while the front barely lowered. Had to buy some spring pads to adjust for the height difference. It leveled the car out but did not lower enough in my opinion… But the car has been sold already and I do have a new daily driver

The molding in body color is a very nice change. And yes the trim on the lower bumper makes it. Storm troopers would give you thumbs up...and so high fives,even Vader would like to drive it....😂

WOW ! Nice work. I have a question. The front bumper R line fit on the "normal" tiguan? Did you have to make som mods or was the bumper plug and play? So if a buy a rline OEM "orginal" bumper it will fir on my car?
Yes it will be plug and play, just need to buy the r-line fender flares.

Thanks! Front bumper and grille from Ebay (aftermarket) headlights are BMP Tuning…the rest is all factory parts painted 👍🏻

Hi there Dariuz, they are plug and play. the only thing I do not like about them are the beams are offset, meaning they are not in a straight line. other then that I love they way the look. also make sure if you order that they come with instructions.@@dariuz1121

I would but on an S tiguan they are one single piece with the lower molding, and not separated strips like on a se or sel.

I would like to know the name and size of the rims, width/offset?
Enkei wheels, its direct setup from tirerack.com enter make and model and it gives you the rim with perfect offset and correct tire size. These were 20inch wheels
What’s all needed for this conversion?

If you have R line it should already look like this
@@LncPainterthe front looks different because it is not the top R-Line model it is the one under it. It is still an R-Line though. Front looks slightly how yours did

Well since the taillight were perfectly fine i decided not to mess with them, plus the car was sold fairly quick, maybe I will do another one 👍🏻😄

Search vw tiguan r-line front bumper, you should see one with the grill and complete bumper, the grill i painted black because it comes in chrome

you can't have the r-lights with out splice the wires. that's a thing I hate about vw. no plug and play even it's the same car

How much will the total amount for only body parts to make to r line
I paid $1500 for the front end bumper and flares, the rest is painted. Doesn’t include the wheels or headlights.
Nevermind the modules for the led headlights not this aimple
I had halogen lights and these were plug and play, no coding or error codes
now you need to rs3 motor and trans, subframe and all then it be bad ass
Haha, maybe on a better optioned tiguan. This was regular S model, cloth seats, small display…plus I already sold it ! On a sel would be something to consider and a 4motion one ☝🏼
How did you get the front turn lights dynamic moving? Or did I see it wrong?
I dont think they were dynamic, at which time in the video I’ll double check. These lights were plug and play tho 👍🏻😄

Yes, every thing is original painted except the front bumper and front flares

About 10k if doing everything exactly as i did… including wheels tires, body kit and front bumper painting all the trim H&R lowering springs and headlights

What are we talking about? Eveything? Wheels/tires. Headlights, front bumper/grille, all plastic color matched? Everything will be $10k parts/labor and installation.

Calipers need to be painted enamel white or blue .Otherwise car is perfect.

Absolutely, only other way is buying the R line paint to match ones, but i think they were over $400 each 😬
I don't particularly like the Wolk Tiguan but the transformation is really amazing and it enhances the whole thing. In addition with a work carried out with precision and quality, what more could you ask for. And bonjour de la France.
I appreciate it, good to hear you enjoy the results even if the car is not the greatest! It is true, its a very economical and practical car nothing special about it, but it will make for a good daily driver and inexpensive too 😁

How did you get the OE LED headlights to work?
These headlights were plug and play, I didn’t have to program or code anything.
Are they OEM or aftermarket?

You know at first i was considering it, intake, turbo inlets and outlets, intercooler and chip tune…gets pricey, maybe down the line i will add a few things.

Did you install lowering springs?
I did, H&R sport springs, the back for some reason was a lot lower than the front…i had to buy thicker spring pads for the rear so it would be even height front and back.

Wider arches ? Where did you get those from ?
The front arches came with the front bumper kit. The dealer sells them too since the real r-line comes with wider arches. 😁👍🏻

The car I have has 215 65 R17 Tiguan 2018 tires, but I want to change them

Replace center wheel caps by the VW ones. Really a bargain for the price.
