I've just subscribed and I love your videos Fleur. I have had the BEST January. Two years ago I was in a job I hated, miserable and lonely. This year I'm in a job I really like with lovely people. I bought storage for my make-up and re-organised it all. Budgeted my funds for the next month and made some nice plans. This weekend - seeing my best friend I've not seen for 6 years, visiting my brother, going to watch Wales play rugby, staying with friends and seeing another friend on Sunday :)
After I watched this video, I literally got up and began to clean up my room. Fleur sometimes you make a big difference in people's life . Thank you for your help :)
I definitely agree about planning things. I'm not enjoying January as I have 4 uni assignments due in and they have just completely taken over. But me and my friends keep planning things for February which is great motivation and something to look forward to :)

Thanks for this video, Fleur! Did you know the 3rd Monday of the year is called 'Blue Monday'? It is considered to be the most depressing day of the year due to all the points you made: holidays being over, the weather is not great, failed New Years resolutions, debt from Christmas shopping, etc. Your video gave me some great ideas for beating this "January Blues" feeling I am currently experiencing. P.S. the background music cheers me up so much! I love it! :)
Wonderful ideas! I especially like what you have to say about resolutions. For 2013, my resolutions aren't just to work out more or eat better. I'm also trying to have more FUN, to feel less stressed and to enjoy as much time with my friends and family as I can.

The impossible is SUCH a good movie. Its not out in Australia yet i dont think but my friend managed to get a copy and i watched it and just wow, it was incredible especially after just arriving back home from a holiday in Thailand that went so smoothly. So yeah, what I'm trying to say is.... i agree with what you said about that movie bringing it home. Great video too btw :) x
I agree last march my life was great and it was the first day after march break had started then out off no where my life was like completely different and I was missing people that had left and wanting the people that had came into my life to go away or get out so just be happy with you have and who you have in your life
Organizing makes me anxious so i would never buy one of those little diaries, but cooking makes me feel super happy and useful (and hungry) so i think it's a great idea ;) plus i have just moved to a new house much cheaper than the previous so it will be super cool and easy to try new things :D
My birthday is in January so that helps with the blues a bit, it's something to look forward to after New Year's! :) What does not help, however, is the exam period. It sure is a slap in the face after the holidays.
You should come to Brazil, January is like the best month of the year, its hot, everyone is still on vacation, going to the beach and enjoying the summer :) And on February theres Carnaval, so you can't get better than that hhahaha
