Great seeing Devon Allman, Duane Betts, and Berry Duane Oakley playing together. Love that they’re honoring their fathers’ legacy while creating new music. Hope to see these guys live at some point. They world needs some more new Southern Rockers!

I have been losing my mind to all the vids I can find of these guys. I'm loving how they play the old jams, stay true to the original BUT kinda do it their own way enough so it's not just a cover, it feels the same,but different, and I love it!

Thank you to the members of The Allman Betts Band for covering The Allman Brothers classic Midnight Rider! I believe Greg Allman covered the Midnight Rider song on a solo album. Very well played! This song is one I never tire of hearing. I think The Allman Betts Band puts their own feel on the song while retaining the soul of the original. Well done, well done. The rhythm section was tight. The guitars were played with feel and precision. You played the song in such a way that would make the composer proud. Thank you for making my day!
It actually did pretty good on the charts when he redid it on his solo album, IIRC. I believe that's what I read. Was that the album that he was backed by Cowboy(Scott Boyer & Tommy Talton)?

I saw these guys open up for BlackBerry Smoke and Government Mule. Amazing night with Warren Haynes playing with them . I was mainly there for Charlie Starr whom i love. I was very impressed with these guys when i left.

Hope to catch you guys life when you come here later this summer. Been listening to your dad's music pretty much on a daily basis since about 1971 I lived in Warner Robins Georgia just down the road from Macon back then, Allman Brothers almost seemed like family to us. To say I was a fan fanatic would probably be an understatement. Love you guys your music and spirit is fantastic.
