    Awesome! I'm a Crematory operator in Panama City and I'm thinking of starting a pet Crematory.
    Of course it's a matter of financial restrictions keeping me from doing so currently, and a lack of knowledge regarding running a business although I have some experience have much to learn.
    Anyway, beautiful establishment, professional people, wonderful content!

      Do you or can you cremate horses whole?

    • @loganwilcox4037
      @loganwilcox4037 3 года назад

      @Downhomesunset We don't do anything over 200lbs, some places will but they typically are set up for group cremation. When a horse passes people typically choose a traditional burial at the location were the horse passed (due to their large size, weight, and cost). My recommendation is on site burial, take clippings from the mane and tail, and place a memorial stone.

      @@downhomesunset Hi, this pet 200 machine is only suitable for domestic pets, but we do offer equine cremation machines. If you email the team on sales@addfield.com we can support you :)

      Hi Logan, I currently in the early stages of a feasibility study to examine the possibility of opening one as well. Im in the states as well. Do you mind my picking your brain? I'd love to talk with someone who has primary experience. There doesn't seem to be very much information on the internet.

    I'm going to apply for a full-time job at a crematorium. Is there any tips you can help me with about the job?

    • @Addfield
      @Addfield  3 года назад +2

      The main tip woudl be learn as much as you can about the job you are going for and how you will be able to complete this. If they are a pet crematorium we have a number of articles on our blog at Addfield.com including addfield.com/the-evolution-of-pet-cremation/ which is a brief history of pet cremation. Copmeting research always shows you are interested in teh job. Good Luck. Also have a look at our machines to see if they have one and then you will have a little knowledge as well.

    I'm in the process of researching an animal crematorium here in Upstate New york, I am currently licensed to perform cremations because in this state you have to be licensed whether it's human or animal, I assume this is a British or UK company that makes your retorts? Do you have any reference for anything in the US that would be helpful? Most of the retorts that I research are for human remains, any thoughts ever of an alkaline hydrosis system?

    • @Addfield
      @Addfield  5 месяцев назад +1

      Hello thank you for your enquiry. We do actually have a sales team based in the USA and are increasing our installations over there so can certainly help you further. We currently focus primarily on Incineration but are aware of Alkaline Hydrosis systems. If you would like to learn more about our US operations please email us at sales@addfield.com and we can put you into contact with our team.

    How much do you charge them for a small dog for example? I am thinking of opening one in Las Vegas

    • @Addfield
      @Addfield  2 года назад

      Hi the charges vary from region to region and the range of services that you will offer additionally. Rainbow Bridge is an excellent example of a premium service with dedicated areas for the pet owners to spend time with their pets before and after. They also offer a very high-quality range of extras. Although I couldn't comment exactly on the amount you could charge what I can say is that it is very possible for you to achieve a full return on your investment in as little as one year, so it can be a very beneficial business to be in. We do have a distributor in the USA so if you would like more information please send us an email to sales@addfield.com and we can run through the costs in more detail with you then. Thankyou.
