Things to look at when buying tires:
- Manufacture Date (generally you want to avoid tires older than 5 years)
- Cracks between the tire thread
- Avoid cupped tires
- Check if tires are evenly worn
- Check for damage on each tires (pitted tires, screws,...)
- Check for plugs
