Hey! You are not alone. Remember that Jesus is always waiting for you to turn to him. I know it sounds cheese, but he will never turn his back on you. I hope you make new friends that shares the likes with you and you get a good companion.
Suicide survivor here that had 4 episodes of drug induced psychosis and permanent injuries from my attempt. I’ve found believing in God to be what has helped me to turn my life around. Not touched drugs since my attempt and sober from alcohol for over a month :)
@@phrozen17that’s drug addiction. The logical thing to do when you’re addicted to drugs and ruining your life is to quit, a drug addict throws all logic out the window when it comes to justifying their drug use. Even when they do come to terms with the fact that it’s ruining their life and that they should quit, it’s extremely difficult for them to get out of the cycle and deal with day to day life without that substance they became best friends with. I wish it was as simple as you make it seem but unfortunately it’s not.
Your past makes you who you are today. What you do today, makes you who you will be I tommorow. Regrets aren't bad. It's all about how you use and learn from those regrets.
It's like driving a car. You can't be driving on the highway looking back the whole time. But you do have to check your mirrors to check your surroundings.
It's almost extraordinary. Joe was exactly talking about me exactly it seems. I hit extreme rock bottom, all time low point in my life in january 2024. As excrutiantingly painful as it was, I started thinking, reevaluating and reassessing every aspect of my life in a way I have never done and never planned to. That was massively fruitful.

Solid take but it’s the regrets of stuff I didn’t do that it’s hard to let go of. Not the mistakes I made that I can learn from but the opportunities I missed and the things that I didn’t do that I feel like it’s too late to do that really get to me.
Yes, yes. I feel you mate. From dust we were born, to dust we turn. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done. Literally nobody. There is nobody wanting you to SUB-optimally fulfil your potential.
Had a hurry to grow up when I was a kid, hung out with all older people twice my age, was completely grown by 17 & I feel like I speedran my childhood, many many funerals & other unfortunate financial events, never knew life could actually be this hard, but I want to continue. There’s a reason there’s a tomorrow, you define that sunrise & sunset.
I've done every mistake a young man could do in my 20s. Alcohol and drugs. Smoking. Coming in to work hungover. Being an asshole to my friends. Being a shitty boyfriend. Not talking to my parents enough. But I learned from all these. Now in my 30s, I try to be the best version of myself. Life is good.
There is no regret if you do things you believe in , even if you fail in it . The main regret is if you do things on peer pressure from others in the past and you are still suffering because of it and its really hard to get out of it .
I made serious mistakes aged 18-21 but now aged 25, those mistakes will live with me until the day I die. The things that keep me going are my loving parents, my few best friends and Jesus Christ.
I've been stuck when my family rejected me even though I helped them out so much. They put me down, made fun of me and just made me feel like shit. I went to therapy but it didn't really help to be honest.
At the lowest you have to keep going. I have same story. Watch the wojak video from doomer to bloomer they say morning run which I do( can't live w.out) eat clean workout when you can and read a ton of books. You live alone now so grow up, find something.
Oh if you want a life watch Patrick Wieland live trade been looking at trading channels for years he will teach you to make money and get a life. Whatever you do don't watch ict trading videos
Notice how every single successful person has an absurdly easy life. Image how simple life would be if life was actually determined by your own choices and you could just try again and fix those choices and win- thats like playing a video game and everyone can beat a video game and people enjoy playing video games because of the fact they allow your choices to created the outcome. Most peoples life has nothing to do with their choices or their failures most people lifes are determined by other people's who have power over them and how other people have failed or betrayed them.
The whole "work hard you'll be okay" theme that boomers had don't apply anymore. Most people are working two just just to pay for a studio apartment let alone a full house yard kids and a wife. Most people will die with a broken back, in quiet desperation.
