“Success does not care about the validity of your excuses”. That stuck with me. There is always something that will come up, and not knowing how to pivot and stay on track no matter the circumstance will keep you in the same loophole that we desperately try to get out of. Even watching videos like this will trick you into thinking that you are doing something, but with no action it means nothing. 1. Slowly increasing your input overtime: become more and more discipline, dopamine detox 2. Visualize yourself in an ideal state: you can feel the barrier between you and the bad habit 3. Not meant as any hate or whatsoever on this guy, really liked his video. Nevertheless, having struggled with discipline for a looong time and now being more disciplined than ever, here is my take on it. Consistency will become possible when you let your identity out of the equation. A lot of artists, big speakers or famous people that we now know had low self-image, low self-esteem - such as MLK and Churchill. However, what they did have in common was this. A clear vision of where they wanted to go and the values and aspirations to go with it. A creative urge that was not an ideal to compensate for their identity, but because they genuinely wanted to see their creation into being. The more you make things about "you", your identity and how you feel in the process, the more of an oscillating pattern you will experience. Funny enough, exactly the opposite of what the self-help industry tells you: think the right things, and you will do the right actions - again: making it all about you. Whenever you put the focus on whatever it is that you want to create instead of yourself, you'll feel this chronic pressure of "having" to perform, fade away. Ironically, making you more productive in the long term. And if you don't want to do something, but it supports a goal that you want to achieve, just see that for what it is. It sucks, but that's okay because it supports a bigger goal. And over time, things will start to suck less. You'll start change to your identity because now, you have actually accumulated proof of actually keeping promises to yourself. Hope this helped for anyone who reads this.

This video spoke directly to me! As someone who often struggles to balance ambition with moments of laziness, it really helped me shift my perspective. It’s refreshing to hear that ambition doesn’t have to mean constant hustle, and it’s okay to work smarter rather than harder. Thank you for the clarity and motivation!
i have such a big goal but so little motivation to achieve it. i have been trying to reach this goal for 3-4 years now and i only feel more and more miserable knowing another day/ month/ year passed and i am still in the place where i started. however, i won't let that happen this year, i will force myself to work hard and just get the job done. ty for ur words and for this video, i'll come back in year and update his comment, hopefully with good news.
Per the video - The very first step to any goal in life is ACTION! (slowly increase your input over time)🏆😃📚👩🏾💻🧑💻💼 I watched this video today, on Monday, 9 December 2024. I’m report back in 10 months to a year to see if I achieved my big goals. GOOD LUCK everyone. You got this 👊🏽🎉
Your "him" substitution method reminds me of my high school days. I attended a high-achieving high school, but I felt lost there. While I didn’t smoke weed, I did smoke a lot of cigarettes and also deeply immersed in League of Legends... I always wanted to improve myself, but just as this video mentions, I realized that change doesn’t happen overnight. After that failure, I came to understand something: it’s not just about wanting to change, but about consciously acting on that desire. When I consciously controlled my unconscious habits, that’s when the transformation of my unconscious truly began. This control came with some initial discomfort, but as my unconscious began to change, it gradually became less painful. By my final year, I reached what this video describes as the "fulfilled stage," and those were probably the happiest days of my life. After entering college, I found myself indulging in fleeting pleasures again, but this video brought back those memories for me. Thank you for reminding me of those times.
Only time the algorithm is being useful, thank you for this video. It actually directly brings out thoughts I've always had but never truly understood such as identity modeling which I've done many times but it was out of the blue rather than a regular phenomena
I was about to comment that I have been working on reducing my procrastination problem for some time now and I think it is getting better - and then you are saying exactly that. I hope that will continue...
4:45 no this is actually great advice. Another way I thought about this a few weeks back was asking myself if I were in any show - as I am now - would I respect or “like” me as the main character? And the answer is an astounding no. The person I want to become however….that person definitely would be a decent main character to me. And if that isn’t a sign that some things need to change, then idk what is. Great video!
The algorithm sends me this video. I go on his channel and scroll down, to see what content he made in the past. And OMG the sheer amount of dedication to consistently upload videos for the past year. You can see the history of his progress to become HIM.
U know what bro, I knew all this already but my lower self was telling me to ignore it, and I was. The fist thing I did after this vid, was stand up and threw my vape away because I know that will be beneficial and the outcome I want. I apply modeling to myself to help me with my social anxiety, I tell myself I am a more extroverted person and slowly but surely I become one. Wonderful vid bro, keep it up

i realized i wanted to be a successful painter and artist in my junior year of high school and in senior year i sold 2 paintings for a total of 300 dollars and realized i can do it. since graduating, i never followed through because i thought it would be too difficult to be an artist in todays time and became addicted to social media, xxx, weed and it killed my creativity and its been destroying me. ive kicked the weed, ive set limits on apps, xxx is very tough to kick but ive been managing. within the past week for some reason, i decided to pick up the brush again and ive been enjoying myself and creating something with my own hands. its something that i want to do and although i force myself to paint so i can keep creating, i enjoy it. its not something that i dont know anything about like drop shipping or whatever the current social media side hustles are. my goal is to sell more and more paintings so i can support myself and prove to myself that my god given talents are god given for a reason. thank you for the video Mr. HIM.
I have to disagree with people always knowing what to do. Some things are obvious, like exercise being better than watching videos all day, but life is often more complicated than that. Sometimes people get a lot of conflicting afvice. Sometimes people do what they think is best, and then they don't end up where they thought they would end up. At least in that situation, you'll have experience.

That's awesome man, thank you for sharing. Glad I could help ⚔️
Fuck yeah dude! One the same journey here. Life is kicking my ass right now but we're not giving up.
Yesss, thats called creating yourself not finding yourself
To lazy to even watch this whole video
Me too bro
sameeeee
if you know you’re too lazy you’ll do something about it 💪🏽💪🏽
Tbh bro there’s a lot better vids than this
Mind dropping a couple examples?@@couupakb9669
I like how you present this. It's very short, but you're also presenting powerful concepts that are tangible.
I'll probably watch this everyday, just to re-focus my mind.
Thank you
Made me study neuroscience now I’m taking psilocybin again. Thank you.
amazing video, packed full of info and so well structured. You’re creating videos as the version of you who’s got the plaques already - embodying what you’re teaching 👏👏 it’s only a matter of time. big respect to you!
Really appreciate that Lucie! Keep going on your journey as well 🚀
needed this cause I`m writing exams and need motivation for studying
Timing is crazy, i needed this
i like how u mentioned the mirror exercise that Liz taught cause we affirm bullsh!t to ourselves every single day just by even watching movies or listening to people. You have to build in positive self talk cause it really made my life do a 360 and now the only thing that matters for me is what I choose to do and what I think of myself 🖤 loved this video it helped me a lot actually
Glad I could help 🚀
ISTG I go through mental and emotional torture everyday trying to become this person but wanting to remain where I am.
I've never actually done affirmations before, but I'll try it.
Thanks so much.
This is gold, I always push myself and fight with that lower side of me and I win 70% of the time but it still doesn't get me where I want to go, I am profitable, but just barely to support my current needs and this structure of personality modelling is exactly what I needed, Thank you for sharing this.
Great to hear it man, glad I could help.
I usually don't comment on RUclips videos, but this guy is very informative and wise. Thank you for making these types of videos and content. Your videos will help me reach the best version of myself and get closer to success. I will be financially successful and stable one day.
I NEEDED TO HEAR THIS TY LOVE
Really appreciate it, glad I could help 👊
Top tier video. I can feel the energy you have through the screen. No doubt in my mind this channel will be big
Really appreciate this man, keep working hard ⚔️
saved this to my watch later and then giggled to myself when i read the title twice, great video, my takeaway is that i will keep questioning if the person i'm trying to become would make the decisions i do,with that I'll finish off my chemistry homework even though i was ready to put my pen down
Awesome, glad this helped ⚔️
this is so real bro , especially for young people , no social media is not gonna come into reality , you gotta actually focus on your work, basically just physically do it.
Please how ?
Am a born Christian and sometimes I feel so down 😭 of myself because of low finance but I still believe God😞
It's Maria Angelina Alexander doing she's changed my life. A BROKER- like her is what you need.
$356K monthly is something you should feel differently about....
I know that woman (Maria Angelina Alexander)
If you were born and raised in new York you'd know too, she's my family's Broker for 3yrs till now and a very good one if you asked me. No doubt she is the one that helped you get where you are!!!!
Hope any young man like my self that came across this video takes something from it and goes on to do amazing things in life. Great video man!
I am one of the 5 people who run my youtube channel. Thank you for confirming I am on the right path. It is easy to get side tracked even when you are past step 1,2 and even 3. Thank you for your information. Easy Sub!
Happy to help G
1:18 thought I was on 2x lmao
I was on x1.5 and I had to go back to normal lol
Same
Wasn’t sure at first whether this video would be worth it but it had a good clear message in the end. Great content 👍
Appreciate it, glad you enjoyed!
I feel the same way sometimes. I just don’t have the stamina to create a long term goal, right now. My ideas are always changing and I’d hate to get into something serious just to be over it in a few months. The struggle is real. I’m only 26, so I will hopefully change my thinking someday. I’m just waiting to find something I’m really really passionate about ❤
Good video brother, a natural on the camera.
Really appreciate that man, tryna be like you lol
(slowly increase your input over time)🏆😃📚👩🏾💻🧑💻💼
I watched this video today, on Monday, 9 December 2024. I’m report back in 10 months to a year to see if I achieved my big goals.
GOOD LUCK everyone. You got this 👊🏽🎉
*adds to watch later*
thank you ray liotta
As far back as I can remember I always wanted to be a motivational speaker
sorry i procastinated this video for almost 2 weeks, keeping it in watch later list, but now I finally watched this. amazning advice bro
Nah bro you're doing good work. Keep it up dude, can't wait till you blow up and achieve your success :)
Really appreciate this, keep grinding ⚔️
Happy to help 🤝
ahh i really needed this, thank you so much its such a helping video
Glad I could help ⚔️
You have a genuinely smart spirit- I can tell! (As someone who's 31 yrs old- I'm stoked for you to fine tune you character assets as you get older!)
Only time the algorithm is being useful, thank you for this video. It actually directly brings out thoughts I've always had but never truly understood such as identity modeling which I've done many times but it was out of the blue rather than a regular phenomena
Thank you man. This video motivated me to pursue my passion of dumpster diving. Just quit school to dumpster dive full-time. 😘
I am going to apply these 3 things for 1 month and I am 💯 confident in myself that I am going to get through this
Great man, they’ll definitely help 🔥
Thank you for making this video 🙏🏻
P.S.: The trees in the background look like heaven 💚🩵
For sure, I agree the trees are nice lol
U know what bro, I knew all this already but my lower self was telling me to ignore it, and I was. The fist thing I did after this vid, was stand up and threw my vape away because I know that will be beneficial and the outcome I want. I apply modeling to myself to help me with my social anxiety, I tell myself I am a more extroverted person and slowly but surely I become one. Wonderful vid bro, keep it up
Appreciate it bro and glad it helped
Keep going bro.
@ it’s been 5 days, no vaping. Staying strong
@@Pandolcee Love to hear it! Stay busy man, friends, family, gym, working etc. We can never be perfect but we can strive to be better everyday. Good luck 🙏🏻
@@coleavila I just got out of school. I got the best grades I’ve ever gotten in my entire life this year.
Hidden Laws Of The Game read that book (thank me later!)
who is the writer of that book? there are 3 books online with this name. Thank You :)
Interesting having this voiced out. This is what I have been doing unconsciously for a few years, a bit on and off, depending on what's going on. Thanks for the motivation ^^
Her mindset too 🫠
Hell freaking yeah bro. Hell Freaking Yeah!
Thank u brother ,i will try my best to clear my exam in 1st attempt 😊
Wishing the best man!

This video sums up everything i needed. No BS, just straight facts. Thanks for sharing this with the world ♥️
i realized i wanted to be a successful painter and artist in my junior year of high school and in senior year i sold 2 paintings for a total of 300 dollars and realized i can do it. since graduating, i never followed through because i thought it would be too difficult to be an artist in todays time and became addicted to social media, xxx, weed and it killed my creativity and its been destroying me. ive kicked the weed, ive set limits on apps, xxx is very tough to kick but ive been managing. within the past week for some reason, i decided to pick up the brush again and ive been enjoying myself and creating something with my own hands. its something that i want to do and although i force myself to paint so i can keep creating, i enjoy it. its not something that i dont know anything about like drop shipping or whatever the current social media side hustles are. my goal is to sell more and more paintings so i can support myself and prove to myself that my god given talents are god given for a reason. thank you for the video Mr. HIM.
Of course, wishing the best on your painting journey!
@@lukebrunclik thank u brother, god bless
@@flowersofdecember Where can we support and/or view your work? 👀🤔
“You know exactly where to start. You’re just lazy af”. Truer words have never been spoken
Doesn’t sound stupid just sounds like Neville goddards teaching and the concept of inspired action.
Law of assumption gang let’s gooooo🔥🔥🔥
came for the advice, stayed for the eyes n style
Dude keep up the videos! You're doing great for a smaller RUclipsr and your own success is bound to come :)
Thank you man! Let’s get it ⚔️
I am such a lazy procrastinator that I saved this video to my watch later 😭😭
7:02 so real lmfao
Great message brother. Thanks for this one! Keep up the good work!
I have to disagree with people always knowing what to do. Some things are obvious, like exercise being better than watching videos all day, but life is often more complicated than that.
Sometimes people get a lot of conflicting afvice. Sometimes people do what they think is best, and then they don't end up where they thought they would end up. At least in that situation, you'll have experience.
it's weird how you were so spot on with my procrastination tactics
What u stated in this video are absolute truths ..i myself have experienced this
I remember when i struggled to get high grade in my 10th boards i saw a similar video where u will strat acting like ur highest self and that changed my life
I ended up scoring 496/500 in my boards
How did YOU know that i was crying over this? I Have a very competitive exam in coming January. But I couldn’t just stop procrastinating. I was so aware of my state that whatever I am doing now will lead me to my biggest failure of my life but still didn’t get started.
But now I'll do it. Your idea gave me a very different point of view. Thanks dude. Love from asia❤
Jee??
That’s awesome man, so glad I could help. Thank you for sharing ⚔️
All th very best you can do this!!
@@appleitree thank you

I am so lazy i clicked away the video after 5 seconds
this is insane>>> i really started doing all the above mentioned things one months back, and i can feel the changes within me.. the surprising thing is that uh hv told each and everythinggg that took me one year to realise.. wohooo. 💓
It’s crazy, everyone can come to the same conclusion if they just think about it for a while. This channel is intended to have people come to these realizations without the long periods of thinking like what you and I did. Thanks for this 🚀
Your ability to stretch this 2 minute video into exactly 8 minutes for that ad revenue is actually impressive
I was just pondering my plans for a business and here you are. What timing.
الفيديو جه في وقته
Where was this when I needed it throughout my last high School year 😪
Amazingg...💯✨
It's always the video with a straight forward title and a frame of the video as the thumbnail that be the most informative 😂
The friend you tell about sounds like me😅😢
Haha this video is a good first step then 💪
