You must check the voltage of the battery before replacing it. Both battery types in the video are 3.7v batteries

This solution is overkill, too heavy for wearing around the neck, but great idea. I pulled a battery from a very old phone and used it for a trimmer so I don't have to use AAs any more. You could just get a double size battery. Mine's good for about 6~8 hours, so a double size would be an all day thing.
What I'd like to have is the earbuds connected to two different devices. They make one for that, but I can't find them in the form I want.

It's not made to wear around the neck. It's a Bluetooth adapter you plug into an aux port in a car.

Made something like this but I used a small 2,000mA power bank, a small switch and some wire. Connected the adapter so it connects directly to the battery. The switch is for charging, it just cuts one of the wires so the charge circuit isn't overloaded. Works great.

I don't think so it will work...Bcz the device charging circuit made for small battery , not for this huge monster battery charging

The original battery that was in the receiver, what voltage battery is it? I have this Bluetooth receiver and a 2.6v li-ion battery, I wonder if I can just replace it with a 2.6v battery

you're really rolling the dice there having an 18650 power leads exposed to the air like that. any water ingress and you risk shorting the battery.

@@Megatog615 tons of vapers do this every day XD, and the protect circuit can be integrated easily (or is already in )

@@Tailslol I don't think 18650s have protection circuits built-in. if you short that thing it's gonna explode.
