I got the logitech today at best buy for my wife. It sounds really good on my vintage system. You are right about the sound being mixed together without a lot of separation, but the way I have my speakers setup in the bedroom it doesn't really matter. Volume on it is great. I turn the receiver volume up to 2 1/2 and it's too loud. I went into the build mode in my Samsung and switched off disable absolute volume, and it made a big difference.
You have bought the worst recepter Bluetooth, sorry for you. One day try Ifi Zen Blue V2, that's a dac Sabre inside and it's the day and the night but it's just an advice...
Hi, nice vid. You said that the Logitech has no DAC. So how does it convert digital bt signal into analogue miniplug signal? I'm new to this and trying to understand. Thank you!
I may have misspoke a little, yes they all have some sort of DAC in order to have any kind of analog output (RCAs). The MYPIN has an amplified output from the DAC to power a set of headphones. Some of this confusion is direct from manufactures in their product information. They are all over the map on this, I got caught up in trying to "transition" into their speak as well as some OG speak, (more my speed) Your comment has inspired me to make a video explaining this trend. Thanks for your comment and Cheers.
Could you recommend something similar with good quality of sound and user experience with at least Bluetooth 5.0. It could be little more expensive but with better quality. I prefer detailed, live, dynamic sound, but without to much coloration, good L/R separation, low noise, without any artifacts between the tracks. Low latency (Bluetooth 5.0 should do the trick) and effortless connection with devices. Digital inputs are optional.
I have bought Gaia Vision = mypin and installed into my car. Unfortunately under 5C I have a terrible noise distortions. As soon as the device warms up stage becomes very HiFi. Tried many things and I am sure that problem is temperature dependent! Any idea how to repair get around that bug?
Thanks for the video.I just purchased a Z625 speakers system and it lacks the bluetooth function so I guess rather than buying Logitech's receiver I should look for something else.
Try the BluDento BLT-HD. It is a good deal if you buy from BluDento.com. Use promo code BB23 and it is a better deal IMHO. The BLT-HD is one of my all time favs at this price range and even beats some higher priced units. Cheers
I had an off brand version of the Logitech. I have moved on to an iFi DAC and have use a type C USB to RCA. The problem I have had with all 3 is too much compression, loss of high end, and having to turn the volume down 2/3 to not overdrive the bass to the point of distortion. What is wrong?
These are entry level devices. Some can sound pretty good and some not so good. It is kind of a crap shoot. I get these devices and only video the ones that are "usable".. I have many others that do not make it to You Tube, I just will not show junk. The real clunkers either get sent back (that is why I use Amazon) or donated to local Good Will type charities.

Is it still worth buying the ligutech in 2025 or the newer, cheaper ines in terns of sound quality? Will be connectkng my ohone to a logitech z5500.
Great video. Thanks for the comparison. What Technics model is that? I have a 70s SA 202 which is probably a bit older and smaller. Thanks again!
I use the logitech for my old denon amp and it's very good, even the volume output is good with bass.

The esinkin does have an on/off switch just press on the button for a couple of seconds and it will shut off.
Thanks for the info.

@@breakerbroke23 will definitely watch that vid. Ty for the response
Thanks for making the video. I forgot if you mentioned it, but is the absolute volume disabled on you phone before doing these tests?
To make an even comparison, the Phones volume control was at maximum for both devices.

@@breakerbroke23 is bludento sound much better then logitech or ugreen or other regular brand?
What codecs are supported in these, please?
I checked with Logitech customer support, their unit is Bluetooth 3.0
5.0 available?

You need to use RCA from the iFi to RCA input (AUX) on your receiver/pre-Amp
@@breakerbroke23 I don’t know where I hooked it up to now, all I know is it no longer sounds like ass.
@@keenedgedesigns Noice :) !!!
I hope this device will be able to full fill my requment where I can connect to my mobile phone.
Are any of these things actually good? I feel like every time I buy one they feel so cheap and the sound output is so bad

Do these devices stream RUclips?
Cat shat in the box? 😂 Tq for the review I ended up getting the Logitech
Lol! The tape is on the knob?! Shouldn't there be one on the three?
Hello. How does the Bluetooth power up?
Mine did not come with a power cord? Do you find your own?
yes
Thank you. Last night just found an old cord and box worked perfect. Thank you
MYPIN looks much better
Hold the power button to turn off
Mypin sounds to have more life.
yes
Can I connect it to dj mixer?
You can if your mixer has RCA ( unbalanced ) inputs.
Logitech got 9 and the other 7 on another review
Do either or both interfere if left on and plugged in but listening to AM radio?
no
Great I'll grab one, my current one does. Appreciate the reply.
