Thank you for this! Luckily I unlocked my trunk right before I closed the door 😅
Also had a plastic glove box but not yet installed. Made me realize for the hundredth time just how easy it is to steal one of these things

There's another way to open the car with the minimum damage... You don't need to break anything

I usually keep the trunk unlocked. Has helped me get into my Beetle on more than one occasion!!
