I love the complete joy on Spike's face when he sees Angel like this for the first time. I don;t think I have ever seen such a happy smile on his face.
I don't understand how this episode can be hated. Angel (and Buffy) were a mix of serious/dramatic episodes with comedic episodes. This was another one. Plus, Spike vs Angel, soul or soulless on either side, is comedy GOLD!

Spike was just enjoying the moment of what happened with angel and was just all around distracted by it as well. Spike let it go even with the circumstances. It really shows their relationship alil more. It’s like big brother and little brother.
