Awesome instructions thats instictively how i thought to throw it to hide the step into range. My coach teaches different but this is what makes sense. Tyson did the same w the jab to get in close
Nice lesson 🙂 Do you have any tips for the hip movement to get good power on both punches? Or is it better to think of the jab more as a distraction to hide the step and then focus on ripping hard for the body shot?
Do you have any tips for the right cross, because my kru keeps telling me that when you throw the cross your heel shouldn't be too much off the ground when you pivot

Make sure you you pop the hip so it gets a snap throw the punch on impact
