If your phone is stolen, the thief could potentially access your FordPass app, which may allow them to lock, unlock, or start your Ford vehicle, depending on the app’s capabilities and your vehicle’s features. To mitigate this risk, it’s crucial to take immediate action: 1. Secure Your Email Account: Change the password of the email account associated with your FordPass registration to prevent unauthorized access. 2. Reset Your FordPass Password: Initiate a password reset for your FordPass account to invalidate access from the stolen device. 3. Perform a FordPass Connect Reset: This action removes all user authorizations, ensuring that the stolen device can no longer control your vehicle. 4. Contact Your Mobile Service Provider: Report the theft to cancel your existing SIM and order a new one, securing your mobile number and account. By promptly following these steps, you can help prevent unauthorized access to your vehicle through the FordPass app.

Good presentation. I have a Ford EV and have been getting familiar with the App. However, I find the info on the app (eg range numbers) is not always accurate once I check directly in the car and the max preset charging does not reflect what was set in the car so I am not confident the app is accurately communicating with the car OR I am missing some steps. I live in a cold climate so the preconditioning setting is pretty important. I do know that when the battery setting is set to and achieves max setting (eg 80%), the energy to precondition the batteries will come from the charging source (at home) and not the car itself which is beneficial for range. I have been able to successfully change a preconditioning time via the app but the max battery setting went to 100 from 80% which was not desirable. A good Ford App for EV tutorial would be extremely beneficial!!!!! Thank you!!!
We uploaded a new FordPass app video that has some updates, so I recommend taking a look at it! Unfortunately, they do not have zone lighting available on the app...We are hoping it comes back soon!
Thanks for your question! When you see 'Ford Data' on the screen after starting your car, it's related to Ford's connectivity features. It typically means the vehicle is using the built-in modem to connect to Ford services, like remote start, diagnostics, or updates via the FordPass app. If you have further questions or concerns, feel free to let us know!
Hi Randy! I did reply to your other comment, but to view your vehicle's mileage in the FordPass App, follow these steps: 1) Open the FordPass App on your smartphone. 2) Select your vehicle from the main screen to access its details. 3) Tap the tool icon located at the bottom right corner to enter the Service dashboard. 4) In the Vehicle Health Status section, you'll find the odometer reading along with other information like tire pressure.
I would love to see a video of the app showing the climate controls for a Mach-E. I don't see them, or can't find them, but maybe that option doesn't exist (yet)?
why i can't connect my ford edge with fordpass, when i wanna connect it gives me this article reads ( Access Denied The Enable Connected Services prompt on the vehicle screen was denied.) and it sends me (Sorry, there was an error and we were unable to complete your request to change authorization rights on Edge. Please try again later.) to my account.
Hi there! The error message you’re seeing usually indicates that the authorization process wasn't fully completed on your vehicle’s display. Here are a few steps to try: 1) Check for Updates: Make sure your Ford Edge's SYNC system is updated to the latest version. Sometimes, an update can resolve connectivity issues. 2) Reauthorize Connected Services: -Go to your vehicle's SYNC screen and select Settings. -Choose FordPass and make sure Enable Connected Services is selected. -Follow any prompts that appear. 3) Reset the FordPass App: Log out of the FordPass app, restart your phone, and log back in. Then, try connecting your vehicle again. 4) Disconnect and Reconnect Your Vehicle: -In the FordPass app, go to Account > Garage > select your vehicle > Remove Vehicle. -Re-add the vehicle by entering your VIN and following the prompts to connect. If these steps don't work, it might be best to contact Ford’s customer support directly or visit your local dealership for assistance. They can ensure everything is set up correctly and troubleshoot any issues with you. Hope this helps!
Ah! Yes, location could definitely affect the ability to connect the FordPass App to the vehicle, especially if you're in the Middle East. FordPass and its connected services are not available or fully supported in all regions globally. If the FordPass service is not available in your location, the vehicle's connectivity features and the app might not work as expected, leading to errors like "Access Denied."
I have a 23 bronco wildtrak and it had short drop on the windows and it did a update and now I don't have it. Why did they take it away and can I get it back?
It's possible that a recent software update may have altered this feature, but you can try doing a master reset or checking for any further updates through the SYNC system. Email me at marketing@jessford.com and I can send you the steps on how to do both of these! Let me know if that helps!
Great question! The FordPass App 5.0 is compatible with vehicles equipped with FordPass Connect or a SYNC system that supports the app. Unfortunately, the 2012 F-150 likely doesn’t have FordPass Connect, as it was introduced in newer models. However, if your F-150 has SYNC, you can still access some features through SYNC Services or upgrade options. If you’d like, I can help you look into what might work for your specific truck!
Thanks for watching! To activate the theft alarm setting directly in your Ford vehicle, follow these general steps. Note that exact steps may vary slightly depending on your vehicle model and year: -Turn on the Vehicle: Start your vehicle or turn it to accessory mode. -Access the Settings Menu: Use the infotainment screen and go to the Settings menu. -Select Vehicle Settings: Look for an option that says Vehicle Settings or Vehicle. -Locate the Alarm/Anti-Theft Setting: In Vehicle Settings, find options related to Security or Anti-Theft. Some models may have a specific option for Alarm or Theft Deterrent System. -Activate or Customize the Alarm: Toggle the alarm setting on, and if available, customize your alarm notifications or sensitivity settings. -Check for FordPass Integration (Optional): If you’d like notifications on your FordPass app, make sure the vehicle is properly linked to your app, and enable alarm notifications under Vehicle in the FordPass app. If you’re having trouble finding the alarm settings, your owner’s manual should have detailed instructions specific to your model. If you email me your model/year/trim at marketing@jessford.com, I can help you out in more detail! Let me know if you need more help!

So how much does it cost, as in what is the cost for the network that the car uses to find ur phone. If I’m in a store pull my phone out what network is the car using for remote start
Hi there! The car uses its built-in modem and cellular network connection for remote features like remote start through the FordPass app. When you send a command from the app, it's transmitted via the internet to Ford's cloud servers, which then relay the command to your vehicle using its cellular connection. So, the car doesn't directly connect to your phone; instead, it uses the cellular network to communicate with Ford's servers. There is no extra cost or monthly payment for this service!
Hi there! At this time, it looks like Zone Lighting isn't accessible through the app. However, Ford says they are continually "improving" the app, so fingers crossed this comes back?! I wish I had a better answer for you!

Your ford pass app doesn't look like mine. I have a F150 lightning and there is no remote start function. There is only lock, unlock and climate control. Remote start is gone. Anyone have this issue? Can you show what it looks like with an EV?
Absolutely! We’re in the process of doing an app demo for EV drivers! Since EV’s don’t technically “start”, they removed that feature and added “climate control” instead. I’ll go into detail on this for the EV app version for you!
Sorry to burst your great presentation. Apple CarPlay and Ford Connect Pass only sync's with IOS16 or newer. Android Auto works regardless of the Software version. Also Ford wants $200.00 to update software on Sync3 and Navigation. Since your Ford Connect Pass, Rewards and GPS are linked to Ford, you authorize them to track your vehicle and gather data for free. Why does Ford not offer no charge Sync and Navigation updates but have no problem uploading your trucks location and truck operating conditions ?.
We can't disagree with you...However, if you go to your ford account online (rather than on the app), you can still upload your service records. The owners manual, dependent on year/model, could be in the infotainment center of your vehicle. I know it isn't as convenient as it being on the app, but it is better than paper!
Hi there! To share an app: For iPhone: -Open the App Store on your iPhone. -Search for FordPass. -Once you find it, tap on the Share icon (a box with an upward arrow) next to the app’s name. -Choose how you’d like to share it (e.g., Messages, Mail, or AirDrop), and send it to your spouse. They’ll receive a link to download the app. For Android: -Open the Google Play Store on your Android device. -Search for FordPass. -When you find the app, tap on the Share icon (three dots or ‘Share’ button depending on your phone). -Choose your sharing method (like Text Message, Email, or Nearby Share), and send it to your spouse. They’ll get a link to download the app. To share access to your vehicle with your spouse in the FordPass app: Have your spouse download the FordPass app and create an account if they haven’t already. On your own FordPass app, go to Account > Your Vehicle and select the vehicle you want to share. Look for an option like Share Access or Add Driver (this option may vary by model). Enter your spouse’s email associated with their FordPass account and send the invitation. Once they accept, they should be able to access your vehicle’s features in their app. Let us know if you need any more help or email me at marketing@jessford.com!

I know I am going to sound like a classic IT employee, but try these steps: Restart the FordPass app: Close the app completely and reopen it to refresh the connection. Check your internet connection: Ensure you're connected to a stable internet or Wi-Fi network. Log out and log back in: Sometimes signing out of the FordPass app and signing back in can help resolve the issue. Remove the vehicle and re-add it: If possible, try removing your vehicle from the app and re-adding it by entering your VIN manually. Ensure your software is up-to-date: Check if there are any updates available for the FordPass app or your vehicle’s software. Please let me know if none of these work!!!
One of the big complaints on the previous version of the app was it was too complicated. Ford may have taken it too literal and made the app almost too simple. The more we voice what us consumers want/need from the app, the more likely they are to add it back!
Is it essential to have a Ford pass on phone or PC? And how to turn off all the prompts noises ( Speed, the gear change ) and how to turn down the navigation voice or tones. ? Please. its literally ruining my love of driving. On the Ford Puma 2024.
You must be from out of the country with a Ford Puma! What do you think of it and where are you from?? Is the app required? No. But if you ask any employee at our dealerships who use it personally, we would say it is VERY handy. It makes certain things more easily accessible, without having to go to your vehicle to do them. To turn off or adjust the prompt noises (like speed and gear change alerts) on your Ford Puma 2024, follow these steps: Speed & Gear Change Alerts: You can typically adjust or turn off these sounds through the settings in the vehicle's infotainment system. Go to the Settings menu, then find the Driver Assistance or Alerts section. From there, you should be able to customize or disable these alerts. Navigation Voice or Tones: To turn down or mute the navigation voice, go to the Navigation settings in the infotainment system. You can usually find options to adjust the volume or mute the voice prompts entirely. Some models also allow you to adjust the volume by turning down the audio while the navigation voice is speaking. If you need more specific instructions, the owner's manual or your local Ford dealer can help. We hope this helps restore your love for driving!
@@JessFordGroup Thank you so much Niki. You are correct, I'm in the UK and just received my new car on Wednesday. I'm normally a good, safe driver that loves driving, but by the time I got home after running an errand. I felt like I had been nagged to death by a back seat driver. I am Hopeful that when I can turn these alerts off everything will change. The experience was that bad, the infotainment told me to pull over and rest. My immediate reaction, beautiful looking car. but a bit too much reliance on the infotainment facility. I mean I've driven for many years now, so I can look at it from an experience driver perspective. But from the younger generation perspective, if they are to become more reliant on the car to make the decisions for them ( I appreciate that is not what they are there for but we both know that AI is slowly increasing) and know it will happen. A Sat Nav is a good example of that. ) My concern is that they become less and less able to make their own judgments and we end up with people who literally can't drive. On Wednesday, my gut reaction is that the alerts are at the bottom of the screen so my eyes had to drop down each time to find out what the alert was. Taking my eyes off the road. And as these are a constant warning. Especially in the UK, where speed limits vary so much and so quickly in small villages for example. ( i.e. all the time.)Where as my previous car ( Peugeot) these were at the top of the screen. Including things like gear change and speed limits and they also are without the noise. I did use the volume button to turn down the navigation voice, but it was like every few seconds I had to repeat the action. Thank you so much for getting back to me. You have given me some faith that I can adjust my driving environment. Have a great day.
@@JessFordGroup Hey Niki, thank you so much for your response. You are correct I am in the UK. That's interesting my pass doesn't seem to have that many functions. It would be good if I could change e.g all the alerts from the app without having to sit in the car. Unfortunately I can't mute the navigation, there's a choice of voice or tone. Indeed I can turn the voice down as its speaking on the steering wheel. But have to do it for every twist and turn in the road. This car I believe with all its alerts would be good on a motorway, but in a small country like UK, where we are either in the country ( speeds limits etc changes quickly and multiple times in short distances) or towns with a lot of business going on around us e.g pedestrians, cyclists, road signs parked cars, narrow streets etc to navigate. The noises are an added distraction. When a driver needs to be aware of their surroundings as well as vehicle aware. The noises add an extra layer. I have managed to turn some alerts off, so my drive this morning was much more relaxed. However I had to re do them all after a short stop to a shop. Which is rather un necessary and annoying. But thank goodness the option is there all the same. I dare say I will adapt as we become better acquainted. Thank you again for your response.
I have Ford Edge 2019 The New Ford Pass app update - If you have successfully updated the snyc on your Ford and no longer have the app connecting. If the activation steps do not work as mine did not after running the new app update - DO NOT go to the service department. There is one more troubleshooting to do If you have the option to schedule a turn on engine. Set the schedule for the day you have the app open 10 minutes ahead (it won’t do less than 5 min) If like mine, the scheduled time starts the car it will pair the updated app with full functionality. I called Ford Pass and requested they add this to the troubleshooting since it is the one thing they did not do with me. I almost brought it into Ford to be charged $125 diagnostic for them to look at this issue and who knows what they would have charged if I hadn't asked them questions and realized what needed to be done. Again, if you have an option to schedule do so and it will pair all the other features.
Thanks for sharing this detailed troubleshooting tip! That's really helpful advice for those who might run into the same issue. Scheduling a remote start as a way to pair the app with the vehicle’s system is a clever workaround. We appreciate you taking the time to explain your experience, and we’ll definitely pass this information along as a potential solution for others facing the same problem. Thanks again for watching and contributing to the community!
I have no access anymore as the app store does not allow my Huawei P60 Pro to download !! Thus Fordpass does not work since the update anymore. What a shame Ford ! Thank you!
I am so sorry to hear this! Looking into this, it appears there are ongoing restrictions between Huawei and Google, so apps like FordPass that rely on Google services may not be available for direct download. In the meantime, you might be able to access some FordPass features through the web version at owner.ford.com!
The new app is terrible. I can’t even find my VIN number. I went into a garage and the mechanic ask for my VIN number and couldn’t find it. The old one was easy to find. Why would you take something that works fine and change it so it has less functionality? Apparently the app developers are into make-work projects for themselves in order to justify their existence.
We agree. The app is definitely less user friendly... However, your VIN is pretty quick to find on the app! Once you open the app: 1) Click the 3 vehicles in the top right 2) Once you are on the specific vehicle you want, click "Vehicle Details" 3) From there, you can find your vehicle license plate (if you inputted it) and VIN!
I have a 2016 Ford Escape titanium and this app is useless for me. For some stupid reason Ford left a few functions off of the 2016 escape that my daughters 2015 ford focus had. If you don’t see the price ..it’s because YOUR DATA IS THE PRICE If you can’t turn it off… then WHO CONTROLS ..the flow of your privacy.. Obviously not the car owner CAR OWNER…does not equal… Harvested Data Owner
The app is worthless now. It’s uglier and you can’t refresh the location feature. If I didn’t own Ford stock I would root hard for the company to go under, strictly because of this app
Even less functionality and it still doesn't work. This is the worst vehicle app out there. Ford really needs to spend some time producing something that actually works.
Definitely not disagreeing with you. I think they could have done a better job developing it and having a trial group test it out, prior to launching. Right away they came out with 5.0.1, 5.0.2, etc because of the bugs and fixes they had to do. The good thing is is that they are continually trying to update the app according to what the people are wanting, so the least we can do is give our input!
Hi Gary! With the FordPass App 5.0, you actually can manage your vehicle's climate control settings remotely. To do this: -Open the FordPass App on your smartphone. -Navigate to the Vehicle screen. -Tap the Fan icon to initiate a remote start; this will begin vehicle preconditioning. -Once the climate control starts, a Climate Settings option will appear below the active climate button. Tap this to access and adjust settings such as: *Target cabin temperature *Defroster *Heated steering wheel *Heated or cooled seats (if equipped) The last saved selections will remain as the default climate settings for future remote starts.

Hi there! The error message you’re seeing usually indicates that the authorization process wasn't fully completed on your vehicle’s display. Here are a few steps to try:
1) Check for Updates: Make sure your Ford Edge's SYNC system is updated to the latest version. Sometimes, an update can resolve connectivity issues.
2) Reauthorize Connected Services:
-Go to your vehicle's SYNC screen and select Settings.
-Choose FordPass and make sure Enable Connected Services is selected.
-Follow any prompts that appear.
3) Reset the FordPass App: Log out of the FordPass app, restart your phone, and log back in. Then, try connecting your vehicle again.
4) Disconnect and Reconnect Your Vehicle:
-In the FordPass app, go to Account > Garage > select your vehicle > Remove Vehicle.
-Re-add the vehicle by entering your VIN and following the prompts to connect.
If these steps don't work, it might be best to contact Ford’s customer support directly or visit your local dealership for assistance. They can ensure everything is set up correctly and troubleshoot any issues with you. Hope this helps!
@@JessFordGroupthanks ,,, do you think my current location have an effect ???? i live in middle east
Hello. Will this work in my 2012 F-150.
How to active the theft alam setting?
Thanks for watching! To activate the theft alarm setting directly in your Ford vehicle, follow these general steps. Note that exact steps may vary slightly depending on your vehicle model and year:
-Turn on the Vehicle: Start your vehicle or turn it to accessory mode.

If I go to Service I don't get tire pressure or mileage. I used to on previous version. Just updated to latest version. Each new version is loosing more functions..😢
If you go to the service tab on the bottom, click the first section labeled “vehicle health”. This is where tire pressure and mileage is!
Please explain how to get to my zone lightning on the app. ?? My22 wt bronco
Hi there! At this time, it looks like Zone Lighting isn't accessible through the app. However, Ford says they are continually "improving" the app, so fingers crossed this comes back?! I wish I had a better answer for you!
Can we get the light controls back for the Ranger Raptor on the app?
Trust me, we have SHARED our thoughts to them on removing this feature! They did say they are continually trying to make improvements on the app and will notify when updates for this feature are available. Other than that, it is a waiting game!
Did 2017 ford fusion hybrid cloud start with it?
I am not sure what your question is. Can you rephrase it please? Would love to help you out!
How do you edit climate control??
Great question!
Here is a link to set up your climate control settings: www.ford.com/support/how-tos/fordpass/phone-as-a-key/how-do-i-set-up-remote-climate-controls-in-the-fordpass-app/
FordPass Connect is required to do this. So if you haven't activated it yet, here is a link how to do so: www.ford.com/support/how-tos/fordpass/fordpass-connect/how-do-i-activate-my-vehicles-modem-using-fordpass/
Our EV app experience video is up! ruclips.net/video/d2skOvtj9Jw/видео.html
Does my 2014 ford escape compatible with this app????
Hi! Ford vehicles as early as 1995 can be added to the FordPass app! If you are having any issues, please let me know and I will try to help you out!
@@JessFordGroup in the app it only shows my 2018 flex. It doesn’t show the unlock and lock or power button. Why is that?
I bailed on it when they took away the ability to add your own service records AND the Owners Manuals. The app is now a dumpster fire.
We can't disagree with you...However, if you go to your ford account online (rather than on the app), you can still upload your service records. The owners manual, dependent on year/model, could be in the infotainment center of your vehicle. I know it isn't as convenient as it being on the app, but it is better than paper!
How do I share this app with my spouse
Hi there! To share an app:
For iPhone:
-Open the App Store on your iPhone.
-Search for FordPass.
-Once you find it, tap on the Share icon (a box with an upward arrow) next to the app’s name.
-Choose how you’d like to share it (e.g., Messages, Mail, or AirDrop), and send it to your spouse. They’ll receive a link to download the app.
For Android:
-Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
-Search for FordPass.
-When you find the app, tap on the Share icon (three dots or ‘Share’ button depending on your phone).
-Choose your sharing method (like Text Message, Email, or Nearby Share), and send it to your spouse. They’ll get a link to download the app.
To share access to your vehicle with your spouse in the FordPass app:
Have your spouse download the FordPass app and create an account if they haven’t already.
U can’t track the car now like on the old update
thanks 👍
I want my miles back not % for gasoline! Also when are they going to bring back zone lighting on the Ford app? I have zone lighting but I have to go out to my Ford Ranger & turn on from my screen! Doesn’t make sense when I could turn them on with the app!!!! Come on Ford bring it back please!
Trust me, we have SHARED our thoughts to them on removing this feature! They did say they are continually trying to make improvements on the app and will notify when updates for this feature are available. Other than that, it is a waiting game!
Miles are back!
I want to experience the control service. May I request the access?
Hi Jaesung! Unfortunately, i cannot approve access to somebody else's vehicle. If you own or lease a Ford vehicle, you can connect using the VIN.
Sadly it doesn’t even let me connect it at all
Says your authorization rights can not be changed
I know I am going to sound like a classic IT employee, but try these steps:
Restart the FordPass app: Close the app completely and reopen it to refresh the connection.
My 2019 Ford Fusion Energi does not have Ford Pass

Each update it takes more features away, why ?
To turn off or adjust the prompt noises (like speed and gear change alerts) on your Ford Puma 2024, follow these steps:
Speed & Gear Change Alerts: You can typically adjust or turn off these sounds through the settings in the vehicle's infotainment system.
Ford Pay Pass is coming!?
I have Ford Edge 2019
The New Ford Pass app update - If you have successfully updated the snyc on your Ford and no longer have the app connecting. If the activation steps do not work as mine did not after running the new app update - DO NOT go to the service department.
There is one more troubleshooting to do If you have the option to schedule a turn on engine.
Set the schedule for the day you have the app open 10 minutes ahead (it won’t do less than 5 min)
If like mine, the scheduled time starts the car it will pair the updated app with full functionality.
Can you make a video on for fordpaaa rewards
Hi there! We made a video on the old ford pass app, but that video covers the rewards!
Be nice if you could plan a trip on the app and then send it to the vehicle. Oh wait you used to be able to do that and it worked great.
We hear ya! Features are always changing….so fingers crossed
Yes, EV app info please.
Working on that this week and release Friday!
It is up! ruclips.net/video/d2skOvtj9Jw/видео.html
Fuel level % I want I want my miles back
We agree!
Miles are back!
Great app if you want to be tracked more than they already do
Each update seems to remove features. Soon the app will do nothing
We are not disagreeing with you...
It's it just me or can we not set my climate control any more. I'm in Mi and it is winter 😢 and I cannot get it warmed up!
What year/make/model do you have?? Email me at marketing@jessford.com, I can help!
Once you open the app:
1) Click the 3 vehicles in the top right
2) Once you are on the specific vehicle you want, click "Vehicle Details"
3) From there, you can find your vehicle license plate (if you inputted it) and VIN!
Why does the app have zero functionality, 2024 vehicle and all it can do is remotely unlock it
What model and trim??
@ Transit Custom 2024, no remote start which is crap, other brands allow preheat and full control of heating from the app
Limited
1 step forward, 47 steps back 😂
You can’t Edit self service
Correct, you are not able to edit self service on the App. However, you can still add self service records on your ford account online!
And gives your info to other organizations
I have a 2016 Ford Escape titanium and this app is useless for me. For some stupid reason Ford left a few functions off of the 2016 escape that my daughters 2015 ford focus had. My daughters 2015 ford focus had a heated steering wheel but the 2016 Ford Escape Titanium does not have. This is my 3rd Ford Escape and will probably be my last Ford Vehicle. Just not happy with Ford.
Hi there! I am so sorry to hear about your situation! The Escape didn't come with heated steering wheels as a standard feature until 2017. Why so late? I am not sure...
Not to be all "sale-sy", but if you are unhappy with your daughters vehicle, we can definitely find you something that you two are happy with! We can deliver all around the states🫡 Email me at Marketing@JessFord.com if you are considering or want some more information!
too bad Ford eliminated complimentary 250kw charge
It's the worst app update
I wouldn’t say it’s the worst, but it’s definitely up there😂
Is only beneficial if u think is for u if not don't bother
For sure. A lot of features are made to help or offer more info. If you don't need the additional help or info, than just disregard and go about your day!
If you don’t see the price ..it’s because YOUR DATA IS THE PRICE
If you can’t turn it off… then WHO CONTROLS ..the flow of your privacy..
Obviously not the car owner
CAR OWNER…does not equal… Harvested Data Owner
Or Subscription service money for new and old features ?cooperate greed?😅😅😅
Got miles back but now face recognition is gone.
Hi there! I just personally logged out and back in and I was able to still use face recognition. What version of the app do you have?
5.4.0
Hmmm. Try going into your phone settings, go to FordPass and make sure that "Face ID" is toggled to on!
The app is worthless now. It’s uglier and you can’t refresh the location feature. If I didn’t own Ford stock I would root hard for the company to go under, strictly because of this app
Location should be updated now!
Wish you can change climate control
Hi Gary! With the FordPass App 5.0, you actually can manage your vehicle's climate control settings remotely. To do this:
-Open the FordPass App on your smartphone.
-Navigate to the Vehicle screen.
-Tap the Fan icon to initiate a remote start; this will begin vehicle preconditioning.
-Once the climate control starts, a Climate Settings option will appear below the active climate button. Tap this to access and adjust settings such as:
*Target cabin temperature
*Defroster
*Heated steering wheel
*Heated or cooled seats (if equipped)
The last saved selections will remain as the default climate settings for future remote starts.
@ this is amazing!!! Thank you! Definitely getting the app for my truck. I’m getting a 2024 F-250 Platinum.
