    I’m excited to try this out. I’ll hopefully be getting the 2024 bronco sport badlands in December. It’ll be a big upgrade from my 2015 focus lol

    I do have the 2020 ford ranger raptor. I already connected it but it says, “this vehicle does not have connectivity. If you have a connected vehicle, you can see its status here.”

      Easiest way to fix an issue like that is to just reset the FordPass Connect system. Through the centre screen, in settings there will be a FordPass Connect factory reset option will restart FordPass and allow you to re-connect your phone from scratch. That typically resolves most of the issues.

      Reset the master reset it does the same as the ford pass reset

    Will this work on a 15’ Interceptor Sedan? I tried and it gives me no options

      Unfortunately this will not work on your 2015 model. This only applies to all NEW Ford vehicles and most recent year Ford's from 2019 and up.

    Just got my new 2023 F350 Tremor Platinum today. I have tried 3 times and NEVER see the prompt on the truck display?? How do I make the prompt come on??

      Make sure your truck is outside in the open and try the setup again. It may take a few minutes for the prompt to come up but it will always work. You can always go to your dealer and have them fix it for you as well.

      @@MacPhee_Ford, thanks. This is my 10th F350 since 2018 so I am very accustomed to setting them up every 6 to 9 months but this 2023 is driving me nuts. 3 hours trying all the items you mentioned EXEPT the disconnecting batteries. That's the only step I haven't tried yet

      @@MacPhee_Ford this is the message I get "Sorry, 2023 F-350's activation process was denied by the primary user and you do not have access to its FordPass features. If you believe this was an error, please re-initiate authorization process to gain access to the vehicle." Who is the primary user if it is not me? LOL

      Updates on your special order Ford vehicle should be sent to you via email. Every time something changes whether it's been scheduled for a build week or been serialized, you should be receiving emails on those updates. If not, contact your dealer and they should be able to help set you up.

      You can do a FordPass reset through the SYNC infotainment screen which will remove all existing users from the FordPass system.

    I just purchased a 2020 ford fusion titanium, i tried setting up fordpass but it left me with a strange screen message saying "access requested, your shared access request has been sent to an authorized driver"
    please help

      It sounds like you need to reset the FordPass system in your vehicle. It may still be connected to a previous owner. You can find the FordPass settings in your center SYNC Display and factory reset the FordPass to remove any previous accounts connected. This should resolve your issue!

      @@MacPhee_Ford Hello! yes i was able to connect after resetting the system! THANK YOU!. My follow up question is that is an older gen key fob compatible to be programmed to a newer car? my fusion's key fob is the current ford key fob design but i really like the previous gen key fob. If i buy that keyfob either from a ford dealership or amazon, is it possible to progream that key fob with my car either at a ford dealer or a locksmith?

    Ford pass has been Jacked after a not too long ago update. They removed many things that we enjoyed having. One for example is the zone lighting. You can’t even do that anymore. Thanks for nothing Ford.

      You could always uninstall and the re-install the app and that may fix the issue you are having.

      Your vehicle may not have FordPass connect. What is the year and model of your vehicle?

    Make sure your vehicle is off, when you press activate. Then it’ll tell you it’s going to take 90 seconds. When you get that message, then you can turn on your vehicle and wait for the display to pop up on your screen allowing you access.

    I tried to add my Wildtrak 2023 and the app says "This vehicle does not have connectivity. If you have a connected vehicle, you can see its status here."
    It doesn't even show my vehicle picture. It only displays "2023 FORD RANGER - RB", whatever that means...

      Try and delete the app and reinstall. It may need an update as well so check to see if you are on the latest version of the app
