This is from the English rulebook, section E (E. Add Bribes & Refill the Queues), page 14: "Shift all remaining patients towards the top of their columns and place 1 drachma as a bribe on each of these remaining patients. " So it literally says "shift all up".

Isnt it a mistake in the video? : during cleanup phase in the end of the round - you dont shift patients up. You just fill in the gaps...🤔 (p.14 )
