Jessica asking about how they explain family.. I think maganda na iwiden yung concept ng family at that age kasi they will feel inferior if they someone na meron mother and father.. A family is family no matter what, either your guardian is your grand parents, you have 2 moms or 2 dads, single dad or single mom, letting them understand that its okay not to have a father and a mother because family is all about love, shelter and care...
As a daycare teacher sobra ako natuwa sa vlog mo..kasi sa wakas meron nakapansin sa amin. At sa ginagawa namin.. napaka challenging ng pagiging isang daycare teacher , hindi malaki ang sahod ( actually allowance nga lang ang natatanggap namin) pero dahil mahal namin ang aming bokasyon . Nagtitiyaga kami sa kung ano lang ang natatanggap namin ..At the end of the day hindi naman ang suweldo ang. Iisipin mo kundi yung mga batang napamahal na sa iyo🥰♥️☺️

When i was a kindergarten, im this jolly and happy like these kids. But now that im a teenager, you will really realize how hard being a teacher is. Their patience for kids is on a different level ❤ when you get older you really realize how hard jobs is
Saludo ako sa teacher kung paano inaddress ang gender topic. Wag idamay ang mga bata sa issue ng mga matatanda.
Agree wala naman tlga pinanganak na bakla or tomboy. Sa young age it's a influence din tlga kapag nakakita nakasama ka tapos you decide in the end if susundin mo ang influence ng mundo at ang feelings mo or mananatili ka sa kung anong design sayo ng dyos. Kaya at young age wala pa yan
point taken and if the daycare teacher wants to teach the children about gender expression in a light way bakit hindi rin? like they can be whatever they want to be they can express themselves fully.
Please try being a mascot like in Jollibee kids party or other party it definitely a challenge cause they dont know who you are they will only see the mascot. lovelots Jessica more videos to come ❤

My mom is a teacher I know how hard the job she has. Masaya talaga yung pag tuturo kung mahal mo yung profession mo, specially sa mga kids imagine Ikaw ang kaunaunahan na magtuturo sa kanila ikaw yung first na mag bubuild ng foundation nila, so hinding Hindi nila yan malilimutan ang sarap sa feeling ng ganun. So to all kindergarten teacher saludo po ako sa inyong lahat. ❣️

Wow, the kindergarteners there are so lucky to have 6 teachers aide for each session. I am also a kindergarten teacher here in our province in a public school and I teach 25-30 kindergartners per session without having a teacher aide. The facilities are also impressive.
Ate Jessica, I really love this Trabaho episode! I also would like to see you try to be a pre-school teacher again but in an authentic Montessori school. It's a really different kind of school, especially in pre-school where genuine Montessori curriculum is really implemented, and a different experience than any other schools, I think you would really love to explore and experience it. I suggest a school for you to go is Smart Starters Montessori in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan. Thank you, ate! I hope you'll see and consider my request. Im mostly great with kids. and although i'm a bit shocked with the 2 minute nap but I love that its a bit short because the daycare I used to work at and kind of forced them to take a nap for 1 in a half.

I know teachers are doing their best in explaining the concept of gender to kids pero we don't have to associate things like clothing para sabihin na this is only for boys and this is only for girls dahil wala naman sila concept ng gender and ma-attract sila sa mga bagay na gusto nila hindi dahil sa gender nila. I hope in the future we can improve this better for their future 🫶
Teach the fundamentals and the basic. Don’t over complicated things for the kids let them enjoy being innocent. I hope you understand that thank you.
@@reyotameyage797 I know and understand that but gender is not associated with clothes or even colors. These things that we define as a 'girl' or as a 'boy' is a social construct. It is hard to teach young kids about gender but if you teach them just on the basis of what a person should look like and base on what they're wearing they'll grow up thinking that what they're attracted to is wrong. It's enough already that society and the media portray these things.
@@reyotameyage797 clothing is not really associated to being male or female especially with kids. A ribbon, of all things, does not dictate your identity.
