Club owner casts doubt on alleged assault in which police suspect Rashee Rice, shares video footage

The owner of Lit Kitchen & Lounge in Dallas, Texas, says he showed surveillance video from outside his club to police, and now he wants the public to see it, too.

This footage is around 2 hours before anything happened, it is actually good for the photographer’s case, shows he was there earlier. This video is just before midnight. The photographer said he left and came back, sometime after 1:30am, this video seems to show the photographer is at least telling the truth up to this point. Wonder why no more video footage has been made available closer to the time the incident is alleged to take place?

Being punched and a fight are two different things. Mr Rice has zero credibility or judgment so why should anyone believe him?

Rice and his representation haven’t said anything about this situation. It’s the club owners creditable that you would have to question here. We also don’t know who the photographer is so we don’t know how credible he is either.
Not to say rice didn’t do it or deserves the benefit of the doubt, but he’s literally not committed..
