A few days into vlogmas and we are already getting quality content. 🤣😂 It reminds me of the time when I was a kid I tried to defrost a whole loaf on bread in the microwave including the metal tie. It pretty much turned out the same way as the hat. 😬

Hey Lisa! It is safe to take prenatals for most but the older we get do not need the higher amounts of some of the vitamins and minerals. A lot of people like Garden of Life but they’re owned by Nestle,a lot of people do not like that fact. I love Emerald Labs multi vitamins, they use therapeutic levels of supplements and give me so much energy, only negative is you NEED to eat before taking them. Hope that helps! I’m so glad Annie is feeling better and her formula is working!! Thanks for vlogmas! RIP to the microwaved hat!!
You can def keep taking prenatal vitamins, though the multi sounds like it's working too. I've always been borderline anemic, but not quite low enough to take a full iron supplement, so multiple doctors have told me to take prenatals, even as a teen 20 years before I got pregnant. Love the happy baby screams!

Carrots, Spinach, Apples and Ginger. Been doing for a week now and it's the BEST nutrition delivery ever! Also, I feel more energized and fit. Maybe it will work for you? :)

Just catching up on your vlogs. I’ve been taking prenatal for soooo long. I had a hysterectomy so I’ve been in menopause for like 8 years and I haven’t stopped prenatals. Its been over 10 years. My hair is so thick, long, and healthy.

@@lisbug basically! A lil extra folic acid and a few others but all stuff that's good for you! I took it for years when I worked in ob/gyn (hello free samples!) bc that stuff made my hair and nails grow like crazy, and my skin was better too. I only stopped taking them about a year or so ago when i switched to the menopause vitamins cuz hello perimenopause!

Taking prenatal vitamins when you're not pregnant or trying to get pregnant can cause diarrhea or constipation. I would just still with a regular multi-vitamin. Also my son is 2.5 and still loves to wake up at 5:30 a.m. everyday. I'm so tired haha. Coffee is life!

A football 🏈🏉 game sounds like fun 😎👍I have a group of friends going to play late night pickleball once a week, sometimes twice if possible I had a chance to go out and play a game with them over spring break, they play from 8 to 11 pm so it was a lot of fun, fourtanetly school's gonna be ending pretty soon, if I'm not mistaken we have 4 weeks and 22 days left so I'm hoping to go even more over the summer! ☀️ but until then, I need to work on my skills according to one of my friends, I'm gonna have to get better than what he saw. I so embarrassed myself in front of him on Sunday at church! 😅
