This might not be what you want to hear. But my son is now 2.5 and when he turned 2 is when I started to finally find the light again. There were a lot of dark moments. I guess what I want to say is don't rush yourself. Don't try to be the old you. You are now new and kind of reborn yourself. It's a journey. A very hard hard journey. You are doing amazing seeking help and to keep pushing. You will get there eventually. It just takes time.
I love your vlogs and videos!! I've never had kids, but any kind of mental health problem takes time to get through. Like so many other people have said, don't rush yourself. You may never get back to the old you, because you have a new little person to take care of. That little girl will be with you and need you for the rest of your life. You are doing the best you can and if that means getting help, then by all means, get help! I wish more people would get help with the mental stresses they go through. You are doing great! I don't know if I could do what you do on a daily! Also, thank you for sharing with us your struggles. To me, it shows real strength of character to be honest and open online and I applaud and appreciate you being real.
Lisa so glad to see you back you are going to be ok just hang in there being a parent is a rollercoaster for sure . Both of you need to just try to get some rest and relax if it's only 30 minutes a day . I know it's exhausting for the both of you . I always love seeing you two interactions with each other and that with corny was so adorable. How is the new Chuck doing? Hopefully get to see the new one sending you Blessings and Peace 🕊️
Our babies are the same age and then I also have a 2.5 year old. With my first I suffered from some rough postpartum depression and anxiety. I finally chose to use medication. The first ten days were really rough. I had SO many side effects but I knew I just had to hold on. After that I felt so much better. I felt well enough to push through. I chose to go off of it after a year which again was rough but I would do it all over again one million times. Therapy, mediation, exercise, and help from family was what helped m survive that first year. Sending you so much love. You will get through this fog,

Maintaining hair color with a little one is difficult. I love that you are taking care of yourself-inside and out. Have to comment-I absolutely love little ones in overalls! I am sure Annie will be darling in her overalls and baseball cap!
Soooo ok i keep thinking u should do a baby clothing line. Cuz I love the stuff u get Annie and I dress my baby very similar. It can be hard to find cute gender neutral colored and styled stuff. Especially as they grow. We’re in the 2t range and the more neural colored stuff is very boy styled. I would LOVE that!

I think its still a trend to have ombre hair something low maintenance where you don't have to have ur hair coloured that often ever and can grow it out. Whatever you do don't do something you'll have to constantly maintain you dont want that or have the time for that with baby.

The overalls are so cute! Also f.y.i if you sew they are easy to make into a overall dress, which gives you longer wear cuteness.

I imagine your workouts are more intense but my daughter used to sleep in my arms during my low impact walk/dance aerobics. Knocked her right out.
