Hello, just found your video on the recommended page. Gotta say This is one of the best light kit reviews I've seen as you explain about it rather than slap it on and bam, done! Just subbed, keep up the great content 😉
You probably dont care but if you guys are stoned like me during the covid times you can stream all the latest movies on instaflixxer. Been binge watching with my brother during the lockdown xD
I found this but it seems different? I dont know where the one on the site went. As for mine, I am in the middle of a garage construction and everything is boxed up and packed in storage!
I think the turn signal are terrible for crawler. Maybe a King Hauler but not for crawling. Look at MTRC website they have a fire truck light kit, I have a JLU body. Humm, got me thinking. Great video. Thank you🍺👍
Hello I was just watching your video on the tamiya Blackfoot. About the motor falling out. I recently bought a tamiya Blackfoot myself. What do you suggest for a radio control and steering servo. I’d like to get a radio control with long range for about 100 bucks. What are you thoughts. Keep up the great work.
Well, you can get a flysky radio for around 30 and then any metal gear servo will be find. Get a name brand servo. That is a simple way to go but for 100 you can get some serious stuff. I really dont have anything to recommend though. Sorry man.
My scx10 3 has a Spektrum esc/receiver combo unit in it, so I can't think of how I would wire this in. Do you know if the squirrel light control is compatible with it?
Yeah that is a problem. You would have to have a way to interact with the steering and the throttle. I would assume that light is compatible since it just needs an on or off signal but it's hard for me to confirm without having one
@@AMPROEngineering I appreciate the reply. I did a bit more research and from what I learned the Spectrum Firma esc/receiver combo is not compatible with light controllers such as this. I'll have to replace it with a separate reciever.
Hey man my back fire, reverse lights and brake lights don’t work like they’re supposed to. They all turn on in the all on mode but on mode 4, the only thing that works is the hazards and then I press the throttle and the lights turn on like they’re supposed to but no back fire no reverse lights and brake lights don’t light up when I tap the brake. I have a traxxas 4tech 2.0 with a castle creations sensores brushless combo. Any advice ? Would reprogramming the transmitter help? My trick RC’s customer service is worse than when my wife is mad at me.
I would re-center everything on your radio. Make sure everything is working and then go from there. All of these light sets get annoyed when the radio trims are more than slightly adjusted. I shot MTRC a message to let them know so hopefully they reply. Usually they are pretty good so check spam.
Thanks for sharing this video. The best lighting kit for my crawler that I have ever seen.
I agree!

Oh thanks so much! This was an easy review since it is a quality product with good instructions.

@Finnley Uriah yup, I have been using instaflixxer for since november myself :)
Great kit. Thanks for the demonstration.
No problem 👍
That looks a lot easier to use than the one I have in my tow truck
It is really easy to set up. Wait for the next one i review....
Very nice.
Yes they make great products
Hey any chance @AMPROEngineering you could link the manual? Can't find it anywhere :)

yeah that seems to be the consensus.

@AMPRO Engineering can the underglow led strips be added to this controller?
As long as they are within the voltage specs. I would assume so.

Hi! I’m having an issue where my backfire goes on in reverse and my break lights go on when accelerating
Oh I would check your trims first off. They need to really be centered. If it persists, reach out to them.
Show
I believe i did?
Can't hear you
Oh weird.
Mine keep flashing
Set your trims to center, the try.
