If you're on phone there should be a button on one of the sides to increase or decrease volume. If you're on pc, go to the bottom right corner and look for a speaker sign. Click on it and increase volume with the slider. Hope this helps!
Tbh what really helps me is to towel dry my hair first but not too dry, leave some moisture and to blow dry your hair upside down and use hair products to keep it in place/style. You can also use your hands/brush to help style your hair which blow trying

Actually just tried Joico Spiker (only about a dime size) as a pre-styler & blow dried my hair in to it's style. Worked pretty well. Combined with some Got2b freeze spray at the roots.
I have not, however I did buy their travel size box so I still have the cavalier, pomade, and original. I haven’t tried cause i’ve been growing my hair and my hair is impossible to style when is long but i’m getting a haircut next week and i’ll start with the cavalier then the original and finally the pomade. I’ll let you know how it goes
