Everything that you've found more expensive is that way because they're imported! They're not local products but Carrefour is actually one of the most affordable good supermarket and hypermarket chains. Maybe try of the locally sourced stuff or go to a bigger branch they should have the barista oat milk!
so happy for you on this new journey! i last went there in 06 and they were really strict on the dress code over there (shoulders had to be covered, no cleavage, no short skirts) when in public spaces, maybe its different now but just a heads up! x

I love Dubai, it's so dope. My favourite holiday destination, would love to uproot there one day but I couldn't stand the heat lol.
The cost of living is expensive, however. I guess that's the compromise you have to accept when you're not taxed on your salary.

This is not true at all I been living in Dubai for the past 5 years and I wear anything I love ,where is that coming from that it wasn’t favorable to singles that are foreigners ,if you don’t know something don’t say anything about it ,lies
