Hi If you are using kanwa, dilute it in a little amount of water then filter it to take out the residue. After filtering add the diluted kanwa into you stock and stir. Some people choose to add kanwa into the warm oil for it to dilute then add the oil and kanwa mixture into the stock. You can use any of the above methods all will come out good. Also be ready for the kanwa foam when added in oil
No dear u shouldn't put on d fire after mixing else d soup will turn watery. For next day warming keep it on low heat and keep mixing till ur satisfaction. If it's left too long, will turn watery
How do u store the soup...I made the soup last night but mixed the meat and soup together, I let it cool like over night before dishing it out to put in the fridge but noticed that soup has some after taste from the original taste when I tasted it...so how do you preserve it, store it and bring the taste back...hope to hear back from you...Thank you.
Hi love yes Achu soup easily get spoiled when exposed to heat. The present weather isn't best to let it out of the fridge It's best to save it in the fridge overnight.

You can as well freeze it and it will still be fine after months. I always do that
