Great video the only thing I will point out is make sure you are using high temp brake Grease. Also remove the stainless shim from the inner pad, clean it and install it on the new one with a little bit of greese we're it contacts the caliper cylinder.
I liked his video very much. He doesn't change everything out for new. He is a good mechanic since he just does what needs to be done and nothing more. Lots of mechanics will do more than required and charge more money.

Yes make sure the wear indicator is on the top. I made that mistake last time. It worked but I had no indication the pads needed changing

No that’s not necessary, but u should just do brake flush every 60k miles
