I never understand why people say c sections are an “easy” way or something. I’ve had two natural births and while they were hard I honestly think c section mummas are so amazing and strong!! The recovery is so much harder on them too! I would be absolutely petrified to have a c section and would be the one to be having a panic attack so anyone who can go through that to deliver their baby into this world is like a wonder woman to me!!
Thank You really!! It's very hard sometimes the recovery and post partum depression is more common after a c section especially an emergency one. God bless
I absolutely loved my elective c-section , soo much easier than pushing out my 11 pounder first born . I was walking around 3 hours after and went home the next day
I really struggled with my C-section. I have never been more scared. My recovery was hard, I was in so much pain & could barely walk as my back also seized up. Not being able to pick up my baby, being reliant on others, not being able to walk up stairs or drive for over 6 weeks. Even now, 20 months on I still struggle & have no feeling where my scar is. I really hope for a VBAC next time. Mine was scheduled as baby was breach.
Just had my third c section. None were planned although my last one wasn’t going to be a natural one but she came early. It hurts. And I hate hate hate it when people say it is the easy way out. I have heard it and it makes my blood boil. It is NOT easy. It is scary. But all worth it. My kids are my world
Who said a c-section isn't a birth? Like seriously, how moronic, we sometimes doesn't get a choice, I had to have all four of my children by c-section - they wouldn't of survived a natural birth.... if someone had said that to me I'd lose it! TFS, am glad you were able to have two natural after one C!
My experience was absolutely terrifying! My daughter was 5 weeks prem and I went into labour naturally. About an hour into consistent contractions her heart rate was getting super high. They decided on an emergency c-section right away as they thought she had a severe infection which was causing her heart rate to Climb so fast then decel then back etc it got up to 200bpm. They rushed me down to the operating room and said they didn’t have time for. Normal epidural type c-section I had to go under a General. It was so scary, so I missed my babies birth and my husband couldn’t be there either. I woke up and met her about 3 hours later and I tell you what waking up not knowing if your baby was ok or not was the most terrifying experience. She did end up having sepsis so she was very sick but she is fighter and is doing amazing now at 9 months. I still think natural births are much nicer recovery wise after having two natural but both are definitely a birth I don’t care what anyone says. A baby is still coming out of your body!!
I had to have a emergency c section...i had awful experience.. My epidural wore off and the didnt wait til i was numb to cut me open. I felt everything they was going. I was screaming and crying so they ended up putting me to sleep .
Child birth always terrified me I was there when my first youngest sister was born and my mum almost bled out and I’ve always had dreams of myself as a woman who had a bad experience during natural child birth and opted out of having kids completely I was an emergency c section baby And then I found out about elective c sections and I feel like if I were to be able to have kids I think it will be the best option for me… I’ve had a miscarriage before and the pain of just that my panic disorder literally made me black out and pass out for a couple of days after the initial miscarriage and I thought I wouldn’t be able to get through labour and child birth and again just figured I wouldn’t have kids so videos explaining what to expect with c sections is helping me to feel like I may have a chance
When i had my 4 sections i had a surgical gown on it covers the front but is open at the back and under that you are naked but i think they just lift it up while they do the op. That is on until you go into your room and change into your own pjs. Atleast in Ireland thats how it works 🙂
BrokenWolf1990 lots of women who have had c-sections end up with their stomach folding over where their scar is. They can no longer get a completely flat tummy regardless of their size or weight.
Is baby important or how to deliver is important.ask women who dont have children so Momof just shut up your shame idea the point both go equal pain but C sections goes for long

How would you know? Senseless comment.
I was the ONLY c-section out of 6 kids and this video made me respect my mum so much more omg

Maaike van Dijk-Bokkers If anything the recovery after is so much harder - especially if you have toddlers running around! I couldn't imagine.

Thanks for the detailed recount Ash! We don’t really hear about csection birth stories.

I love this video! So many things people don’t realize these things happen with caesarean births.
This is very helpful! Thank you for opening up to us about this! ❤️
It's so nice to to hear about your experience :) And you look stunning! Brown hair really suits you :D
I dont know that they remove your uterus in australia. Could be wrong. Ill ask my ob when we go for #4.
I miss your daily vlogs so much!
Props to you for putting yourself out there.
Hmm what? I’ve had 2 cs and didn’t think uterus was removed?!
Sarah Robinson I have video of both of mine and they definitely didn’t remove my uterus.
Omg my teeth were shattering during the whole procedure. They did tell me it was from the epidural. So horrible
That happened to me too. It didn't stop until about 2 hrs into recovery.
Oh Ash, a c section video. Perfect way to make me clucky again 😂
Some really helpful information for mamas ❤️❤️
Your make up looks amazing today x
I felt like I was suffocating during that tugging part.
You’re looking so different hun I just can’t put my finger on why hehe 🤔

ruclips.net/video/ZUJN9MXTs1w/видео.html Heres a spin off of this video for all you c-section mommas!
i thought you werent married when you had heidi?
maybe you meant engagement ring perhaps
Why you following her life so closely? Perhaps you need a life of your own.
So interesting because I was so hot during my emergency c section
What's an overhang?

I see... Well, that sounds irritating.
Hi i love 😊😊😊
It's really a shame you didn't get to have your babies naturally 😞
Momof Two no shame at all, whatsoever.
Not cool, she didn’t choose to have that done. And even if she did you should Never try to shame anyone about their birth decisions.
Is baby important or how to deliver is important.ask women who dont have children so Momof just shut up your shame idea the point both go equal pain but C sections goes for long
It’s a shame u never had a c section :)
