I think it’s because of RUclips’s odd algorithm and this particular title nets them a fair amount of views so they put it in every single video title. It’s really stupid.
Fear sells. That’s why news channels on tv report on all the scary shit. There once was a news channel named “The Good Stuff” and sadly it didn’t do too well.

My guess is the person posting doesn't remember what the video is about and so they make up something. The videos repeat
