I personally wouldn't talk to the neighbor about the stalking because you never know how they will react. I would also have a "phone call" happening every time I would go outside or coming in. I do agree with Jerry to take a look at ordinaces or what steps can be taken to report the roach issue.

Story four, I am a victim of CSAM and my uncle actually assaulted me for many years plus 5k counts of CSAM some of that he got charged with the production of (it was of me) & HE ONLY GOT 5 YEARS for the CSAM, often times they can’t prove certain types of assaults. Story 4 I know where I live that a realtor (if they know) doesnt have to disclose a sex offender unless the buyer asks. The seller doesnt have to disclose this to a realtor either. Also a sex offender doesnt have to notify neighbors that they are registered. But we have access to public records so we can look on the county or city records website and see all registered offenders and what they are registered for. I am a realtor and make sure people know they can check this website.
For story 5 I do think its kinda stalker behaviour, ex answered if they wanted to hear from OP when they blocked them. Any contact knowing you're blocked is crossing a boundary

I have a dog that LOVES being outside all day. 😂 he’s a hunting dog and we live in the country in MN. Of course he comes in at night with us but he HATES being inside during the day. 😂 I always tell people that it’s my dogs choice to be out all the time! Not mine 😂
Story 2- my first dog ( an Australian shepherd) loved being outside his whole life. Given, I would go out there often and keep the yard clean and play with him and always made sure he had food and water. Even on his last day, he wanted to spend it outside. I have a blue heeler who loves being outside! We had her as an indoor dog for a while but she was always anxious and ripped up several of my blinds. Once we moved her outside, she has done so much better. I have 2 little ones and havent spent as much time with her (now that its warmer and my youngest walks, we go outside a couple hours a day) but in no way is she neglected. She has access to our garage whenever she wants a break from outside, plenty of shade with our orange trees and always has water and food. My husband does take her out for runs almost daily. chicken story - i have chickens in a residential area. I have two breeds of hens that cluck WAAAY more than the others! They usually cluck more in the AM but by no means do they cluck all day if they have proper enrichment, i don’t hear mine at all when they’re in their coop! I also give my neighbors eggs every so often as a nice peace offering. But my chickens are a lot quieter than neighbor dogs and their barking !!!

Hi guys! Long time listener of THT and Father Knows. Commenting on the story about the neighbor on the registry. I agree that you should alert your friends that your neighbor is on the registry however if they have that information the trick is to not let their children interact with this individual. Same when you have children, you have age appropriate conversations with your children about safe adults and not safe adults and body boundaries and not keeping secrets from you. (Also for the love of god teach them proper terminology for their privates!!!!)It is possible to keep children safe with this person as your neighbor. The statistics actually show that children are more likely to be abused by somebody that you know well, stranger danger isn't really a thing. I speak about this as a mom whose child was sexually abused by their father. Statistics also show that offenders are mostly unable to be rehabilitated. But you can easily do a Megan's law search oF your neighborhood and you would probably be surprised about how many offenders actually live in your town. This doesn't have to be the end of the world. You give full disclosure to the people coming into your home and you don't have to allow this person in your home. Also don't be too hard on yourself about not realizing this person is an offender. They are experts at being chameleons to fit in and fool the people around them.
If a dog is barking all day everyday and he’s locked outside, in the pouring rain is abuse. The dog could get pneumonia, worms, infections. Pleeeease be more empathetic and think about the dog when you can’t sleep take the dog inside, call animal control, call the police and make a noise complaint and explain how the animal is treated.
story 2- morgan saying to take the dog unlocked a memory of when i was a kid my grandma had neighbors who left their cats outside all day and night in the winter. after one of them was hit by a car my grandma decided to steal the other one…. so i have memories of being like 8 years old watching my grandma grab the cat and run out of the neighbors yard with it. at the time she told me it was a stray that just looked like their cat and i believed it because yknow i was 8 but later in life i realized that was definitely their cat lmao

Chickens only get loud 1) when they lay and egg and 2) when something spooks them. We have 5! We live in a more rural region of the country, on the edge of the neighborhood. We’re across the road from a cow farm, and one of our neighbors has a basset hound and 3 jack russels so we’re not the noisiest house on the block!
Oh man, I have a good story on my neighbor who has 10 cats who all use my front yard as a liter box. I've let it go for years but now I'm pregnant for a second time and I can't even enjoy my front yard with my daughter because the smell of cat 💩 is so strong that it's a health hazard. I've wrote the neighbor notes, and we've tried sprays, sprinklers, everything you can think of and now it just feels like it's something I have to deal with 😅🙃💔
Tell your neighbor (this part is key, you HAVE to give them a heads up- you can’t just murder the cats) that you’re putting in a garden to honor a dead loved one, whose favorite flower was the Lilly. Lillies are extremely toxic to cats, so if your neighbor loves their cats, they’ll find a way to keep them out of your yard, one way or another. If they don’t, then you might be able to call animal control because you’ve warned your neighbor that their negligence will result in the traumatic death of their cats (they often have seizures that can’t be stopped) and they haven’t made any efforts to protect their cats. You can probably even say that you suspect they don’t have a way of providing for all of the animals they have, otherwise they wouldn’t let their cats use a yard soon to be filled with poison, as their litter box. Based on you saying that you had let it go, I probably don’t need to say this, but I will anyway: PLEASE DON’T just put in a Lilly garden without telling your neighbor first and giving them a chance to figure out how to keep their cats to themselves. I had a friend whose family lost 2 out of 3 kittens to Lillie’s and they didn’t even eat the flowers. Just sniffed them. It was a really awful death. So it should be pretty good motivation for your neighbor to figure it out. I hope you have a healthy pregnancy.

We use to have a cat a few years back and I'm thankful we didn't/don't have a Lilly garden, that just sounds so awful to the cats😞 I've called animal control in our area and unfortunately our county only has a dog ordinance that limits number of dogs per household but not for cats. I've written the neighbor a letter asking if we can help find them a home as I hear some of them cry at night as if they need in( he claims they won't come in), the neighbors given me stories of his past which if he's telling the truth maybe these animals are all for emotional support so I definitely don't want to cause them harm. It just feels like either way everyone loses lol and I don't want to be a Karen 😂🙃. I appreciate you taking the time the time to help me and also teach me something new! Oh I’m always happy to share info with others! But yeah it’s amazing how many cat owners have never heard of how toxic Lillie’s are to cats. My friend’s mom received a bouquet from her husband that included a few Lillie’s that their kittens sniffed maybe twice, and a few hours later they were having seizures. I believe the reaction time is typically much longer than that, like your cat might look fine for a day even. But since they were kittens they were likely more susceptible simply due to their small size. It will shut down their kidneys tho. So even if they don’t have traumatic seizures within hours, they will still be miserably sick, and likely won’t survive. Considering how easy it is to accidentally poison your furry friends with a gift, I really wish it were more common knowledge for all pet owners. Especially for cats that go outside & could wander into a garden that isn’t safe for them. I believe there are many common plants that are considered toxic to cats too, like azaleas, crocus, tulips & daffodils. Dogs can also get sick from some of those plants I believe. It really should be info given out from the vet when pets are taken in to get their shots when they’re young. It could save a lot of animals. I wish flower shops were more aware too & asked those questions. They often ask if the recipient has any allergies to any plants, but never ask if they have any pets at home. I’m sorry it seems like you’re boxed into this situation. Maybe you could try making your yard a place the cats hate to be? I’ve heard they HATE walking on aluminum foil. Maybe you can line the perimeter of your yard with the foil to keep them out? You could also consider a sprinkler, some are motion activated too, I think. You could also consider a motion activated alarm since cats are startled by sudden/loud noises & will likely leave your yard if every time they come back they’re jolted with adrenaline. There’s also like the opposite of a dog whistle, for cats. So instead of attracting cats, it repels them. But if this is your neighbor, it may just torture them even in their home and we’d never know if they can still hear it inside bc humans can’t hear it at all. I know you want to be kind to the cats bc it’s not their fault, & I’m so glad you care about them that much. But this is not safe for you while you’re pregnant, and you shouldn’t be making that sacrifice. One animal is considered sufficient for emotional support. 3 cats is already a LOT of cats to take care of. To have 10 or more?? Those cats are *already* losing… and so are you. I’m not so sure this situation is really benefiting *anyone*. Having concern for the wellbeing of these cats, your own health, and the mental health of your neighbor does not make you a Karen. You want better for you and for the cats- and by the sounds of it you want better for your neighbor too. That’s a lot of compassion that I don’t see in “Karen’s”. Cut yourself some slack. And repeat after me “self preservation is not selfishness.” You shouldn’t feel bad for trying to get YOUR OWN yard back. I wish you the very best of luck with this situation. I have a problematic neighbor who has stalked me and another female neighbor and watched us playing outside with our kids. Well recently she asked him to get off her property after he made inappropriate contact with her, and he threatened her with a gun. Now she moved out and I own so I have to stay put for now. Cool 🥴 ETA: while trying to figure out if the perpetrator was on the sex offender registry, I accidentally uncovered that another one of my neighbors two houses down IS a registered offender and now I’m even more afraid.

Typically there’s no bad seats. The LA show was just not cool as the house only placed a 100 chairs making 400 people stand. The other shows all had seating. Hi guys! Long time listener of THT and Father Knows. Commenting on the story about the neighbor on the registry. I agree that you should alert your friends that your neighbor is on the registry however if they have that information the trick is to not let their children interact with this individual. Same when you have children, you have age appropriate conversations with your children about safe adults and not safe adults and body boundaries and not keeping secrets from you. (Also for the love of god teach them proper terminology for their privates!!!!)It is possible to keep children safe with this person as your neighbor. The statistics actually show that children are more likely to be abused by somebody that you know well, stranger danger isn't really a thing. I speak about this as a mom whose child was sexually abused by their father. Statistics also show that offenders are mostly unable to be rehabilitated. But you can easily do a Megan's law search oF your neighborhood and you would probably be surprised about how many offenders actually live in your town. This doesn't have to be the end of the world. You give full disclosure to the people coming into your home and you don't have to allow this person in your home. Also don't be too hard on yourself about not realizing this person is an offender. They are experts at being chameleons to fit in and fool the people around them.

If a dog is barking all day everyday and he’s locked outside, in the pouring rain is abuse. The dog could get pneumonia, worms, infections. Pleeeease be more empathetic and think about the dog when you can’t sleep take the dog inside, call animal control, call the police and make a noise complaint and explain how the animal is treated.

story 2- morgan saying to take the dog unlocked a memory of when i was a kid my grandma had neighbors who left their cats outside all day and night in the winter. after one of them was hit by a car my grandma decided to steal the other one…. so i have memories of being like 8 years old watching my grandma grab the cat and run out of the neighbors yard with it. at the time she told me it was a stray that just looked like their cat and i believed it because yknow i was 8 but later in life i realized that was definitely their cat lmao

Chickens only get loud 1) when they lay and egg and 2) when something spooks them. We have 5! We live in a more rural region of the country, on the edge of the neighborhood. We’re across the road from a cow farm, and one of our neighbors has a basset hound and 3 jack russels so we’re not the noisiest house on the block!

Oh man, I have a good story on my neighbor who has 10 cats who all use my front yard as a liter box. I've let it go for years but now I'm pregnant for a second time and I can't even enjoy my front yard with my daughter because the smell of cat 💩 is so strong that it's a health hazard. I've wrote the neighbor notes, and we've tried sprays, sprinklers, everything you can think of and now it just feels like it's something I have to deal with 😅🙃💔
Tell your neighbor (this part is key, you HAVE to give them a heads up- you can’t just murder the cats) that you’re putting in a garden to honor a dead loved one, whose favorite flower was the Lilly. Lillies are extremely toxic to cats, so if your neighbor loves their cats, they’ll find a way to keep them out of your yard, one way or another. If they don’t, then you might be able to call animal control because you’ve warned your neighbor that their negligence will result in the traumatic death of their cats (they often have seizures that can’t be stopped) and they haven’t made any efforts to protect their cats. You can probably even say that you suspect they don’t have a way of providing for all of the animals they have, otherwise they wouldn’t let their cats use a yard soon to be filled with poison, as their litter box. Based on you saying that you had let it go, I probably don’t need to say this, but I will anyway: PLEASE DON’T just put in a Lilly garden without telling your neighbor first and giving them a chance to figure out how to keep their cats to themselves. I had a friend whose family lost 2 out of 3 kittens to Lillie’s and they didn’t even eat the flowers. Just sniffed them. It was a really awful death. So it should be pretty good motivation for your neighbor to figure it out. I hope you have a healthy pregnancy.
@@Peach_Basket_Catch_It_Up we've lived in this house for going on 7 years so it's been a problem for a while. That's good to know about the lillies. We use to have a cat a few years back and I'm thankful we didn't/don't have a Lilly garden, that just sounds so awful to the cats😞 I've called animal control in our area and unfortunately our county only has a dog ordinance that limits number of dogs per household but not for cats. I've written the neighbor a letter asking if we can help find them a home as I hear some of them cry at night as if they need in( he claims they won't come in), the neighbors given me stories of his past which if he's telling the truth maybe these animals are all for emotional support so I definitely don't want to cause them harm. It just feels like either way everyone loses lol and I don't want to be a Karen 😂🙃. I appreciate you taking the time the time to help me and also teach me something new! I hope you are doing well 🤗 thank you for being an awesome person 🥳
Oh I’m always happy to share info with others! But yeah it’s amazing how many cat owners have never heard of how toxic Lillie’s are to cats. My friend’s mom received a bouquet from her husband that included a few Lillie’s that their kittens sniffed maybe twice, and a few hours later they were having seizures. I believe the reaction time is typically much longer than that, like your cat might look fine for a day even. But since they were kittens they were likely more susceptible simply due to their small size. It will shut down their kidneys tho. So even if they don’t have traumatic seizures within hours, they will still be miserably sick, and likely won’t survive. Considering how easy it is to accidentally poison your furry friends with a gift, I really wish it were more common knowledge for all pet owners. Especially for cats that go outside & could wander into a garden that isn’t safe for them. I believe there are many common plants that are considered toxic to cats too, like azaleas, crocus, tulips & daffodils. Dogs can also get sick from some of those plants I believe. It really should be info given out from the vet when pets are taken in to get their shots when they’re young. It could save a lot of animals. I wish flower shops were more aware too & asked those questions. They often ask if the recipient has any allergies to any plants, but never ask if they have any pets at home. I’m sorry it seems like you’re boxed into this situation. Maybe you could try making your yard a place the cats hate to be? I’ve heard they HATE walking on aluminum foil. Maybe you can line the perimeter of your yard with the foil to keep them out? You could also consider a sprinkler, some are motion activated too, I think. You could also consider a motion activated alarm since cats are startled by sudden/loud noises & will likely leave your yard if every time they come back they’re jolted with adrenaline. There’s also like the opposite of a dog whistle, for cats. So instead of attracting cats, it repels them. But if this is your neighbor, it may just torture them even in their home and we’d never know if they can still hear it inside bc humans can’t hear it at all. I know you want to be kind to the cats bc it’s not their fault, & I’m so glad you care about them that much. But this is not safe for you while you’re pregnant, and you shouldn’t be making that sacrifice. One animal is considered sufficient for emotional support. 3 cats is already a LOT of cats to take care of. To have 10 or more?? Those cats are *already* losing… and so are you. I’m not so sure this situation is really benefiting *anyone*. Having concern for the wellbeing of these cats, your own health, and the mental health of your neighbor does not make you a Karen. You want better for you and for the cats- and by the sounds of it you want better for your neighbor too. That’s a lot of compassion that I don’t see in “Karen’s”. Cut yourself some slack. And repeat after me “self preservation is not selfishness.” You shouldn’t feel bad for trying to get YOUR OWN yard back. I wish you the very best of luck with this situation. And I hope you can enjoy your yard with your daughter very soon.💛

I have a problematic neighbor who has stalked me and another female neighbor and watched us playing outside with our kids. Well recently she asked him to get off her property after he made inappropriate contact with her, and he threatened her with a gun. Now she moved out and I own so I have to stay put for now. Cool 🥴
ETA: while trying to figure out if the perpetrator was on the sex offender registry, I accidentally uncovered that another one of my neighbors two houses down IS a registered offender and now I’m even more afraid.

Typically there’s no bad seats. The LA show was just not cool as the house only placed a 100 chairs making 400 people stand. The other shows all had seating. Morgans is identifying that issue with her mgr.. Also Meet & Greets get in an hour earlier. I personally hang outside talking in line with people..

10:37 😂😂😂😂 I had the exact same thing happen twice, water came through the shower drain and flooded me, I removed between 20 and 30 buckets of water from the house and no one did anything
I have the ground floor and the first floor, so it was not known from which neighbor in a block of 7 floors it came from, they were all connected to the same channel

Heyyyy! Southeast Texan here! Our go to spot for brunch is Dish Society!! It's a farm to table restaurant with lots of locations around Houston. I would suggest the location on Yale in the Heights. There's a great little donut place down the road called The Parlour. Best croissant donuts I've ever had. Have fun in Houston!!
