    Every pole dancer has the dream to be able to do the splits or do it better. So we have created a FULL front splits tutorial, just for YOU!
    This is a full 30 min front splits tutorial to help you reach your flexxy goals. Join Marissa as she takes you through her split stretching sequence. If done regularly, you will be inching closer to the ground every time.

    How many times a week should you do it to see results?

      It really depends on the person and what other exercises you do in your week. Start with one and add on as you feel comfortable.
