I really appreciate how Coach Adrian (and all of the coaches at Love Advice TV) focus on personal growth. In moments of doubt, they bring clarity to this difficult process. It is IMPERATIVE that personal growth is your objective!!!
How about emotional pain. My ex broke up with me 5 weeks ago. I went no contact and he reached out to me 3 times. Last time we've talked for 3 hours. He's in rebound relationship. He's also depressed and confused. We were together for 4 years. It was a long distance relationship. I miss him terribly 💔 I pray every day to God to take this pain away 😪
It was 6 weeks ago that my partner of 27yrs said that we were over. We still live together. He works evenings Sunday to Thursday. He decided to sleep out at different people's houses on Friday and Saturday.He has said that he hates sleeping out, our daughter asked him why do it then he didn't answer. Initially he said that he was going to look for a place after Christmas. He's now said that he is staying and doing this for the foreseeable. He hasn't told any of his friends etc that we have split up. They think he is just out drinking and therefore not able to drive home. We get on there is no atmosphere we chat, laugh etc. A few weeks ago we went shopping together he said he enjoys my company. It was a lovely weekend. The reasons for the break up were he had had enough of me being controlling, I would put him down, think I was better. Since then I have been working on myself, lost weight, changed clothes, go out with a good friend. I have sent him an accountability letter He has read it and it is kept on the top of his drawer. He isn't a talker, very avoidant . How to get him back??
