My ex is doing things intentionally to hurt me for her own validation, she’s making “jokes” about how she’s been with other guys to make me jealous and get a reaction out of me, obviously so she knows that I still care, it hurts so deeply I never thought she’d be capable of putting these kinds of thoughts in my head when I’ve done nothing wrong intentionally, but I still really love her and I know what we have is salvageable and it’s really hard to think of a future where things don’t work out, can someone help me look at this in a positive way
You guys are awesome! My situation is that I had to breakup with my girlfriend because I ended up learning that she lost feelings but wasn't able to leave me... We cleared up things 3 days later and that was the last time I saw her. I wished her happy birthday 1 month and 5 days later and she was very happy. She then reached out again to send me by text some starwars things for her dog. She knows i like starwars because I made her watch everything with me. Then i got to see her parents to thank them for everything that they did for me and they cried because they know I was good to her. Then two days later she reached out again to thank me and that I would always be welcome in her family. I feel like she still feels something but we haven't seen each other since march 24. It's been two weeks since we last texted.

Thank you guys ! I’m dating this guy which I’m crazy in love with i give him all the attention and love was so happy to be with him,but he was always cold and acting like he’s hiding something. Someone send me a picture of him with a female I get jealous a little so 3 days later I call him and say hi we talk like 2 random person after that we never talk to each other or text anymore it’s been 7 weeks now I still think about him everyday and love him ,we have not block each-other but I was hoping things will work out between us i did nothing wrong for us to endup like that.
If he doesn't to say anything after reaching out..he always see the messages immediately after I send but doesn't reply...what can I do in such situations?
Hello! my ex receives the wrong lessons about relationships, about no contact, about limits, from a narcissistic brother-in-law. lessons from which we 2 have to suffer. what would you advise me to do? thank you.
I made a mistake after contact and after esatblishing communication. Met in person and told her i liek seeing her. She still wants to be friends. Brings up the past. Should i do no comtact 2.0?
My ex wanted a booty call, he didn’t know I knew he was seeing someone else (he move on 2wks after me) I told him do the right thing by her etc.. BUT.. I sent her the text. How do I get him to communicate with me again. I haven’t heard from him since. Been a month. 😢
If I text my ex he always respond but he’s not reaching out to me first we even joke around with each other until he wanted to come over because he misses that kitty I told him no cause we aren’t in a relationship 😂😂😂
I think my situation is slightly different than what you guys coach. But my wife and I are currently seperated and are seeing other people. She hasn’t said anything about divorce or that it’s totally over but she says she doesn’t see growth in me. By seeing other people I mean dates and sexually. Will no contact and working on myself possibly bring us back together even if she can’t see my social medias or can’t physically see the changes I’m making to try and improve myself? Or is this a lost cause. I really love her and I honestly still think there is hope for us. Thank you coaches.
im in first week of no contact. But i keep crying and cant figure out how to love myself and how to bring happiness even though im going to gym and trying to focus on work and making new friends. I feel like sharing all this with her. Can you refer to a video bout this
