This green smoothie is my ultimate BEST. And they keep well in the fridge. I buy my fruit every 3rd week. Chopp them all up put in freezer bags and freeze. This mealprepping is the BEST. Ur such an inspiration❤thank you for a fav channel and for sharing all ur delish recipes with us😊

I prefer a savory breakfast, but I don't love eggs. So I struggle in the mornings to find a healthy savory and filling breakfast. This does not set my day up well lol
You could try apple sauce as a substitution.. it's often used as a sub for banana in baking.. i often do that with other recipes - but i haven't tried it with this one! 1 banana is usually 1/2 cup apple sauce. so maybe 1 + 1/2 cups apple sauce ? but i haven't tested with this recipe. hope that helps!
hey dear. I have to be super careful about my soy intake so normally I can't use protein powders. You use protein powder a ALOT and also in the US it's super super expensive. Can I use anything in place of the protein powder like just extra peanut butter?
yes for the oats you can use peanut butter and also sweetener instead of the protein powder! For the smoothie you can use yogurt instead of the avocado (texture will be better with yogurt if you don't use protein powder) and then just use extra sweetener if you need + peanut butter if you like the flavor! I eat oats for desserts instead of breakfast because I am on an OMAD diet and eat my dinner at around 5 pm needing something sweet after. It helps me to not indulge in refined sugars. I make a lot of baked oats with nuts, berries, chia, flax, nut butters, yogurt, and sugar free sugar free chocolate chips or coconut. I use pure maple syrup, agave, or honey for sweetener and it literally tastes like a “bad” dessert and keeps me satisfied for the rest of the day. I will usually make my oats the day before and put it in the fridge overnight so that it will make it a resistant starch which also helps! 😊

it's fine if you don't have very ripe bananas - just peel them/smash and leave it out for a while, then it'll become sweeter

I like savory too. My favorite is a cottage cheese bowl with peppers, tomatoes, hot sauce and chicken sausage. Lots of protein, no eggs.
