Today, Jim will talk about how much small, medium, and large blogs can make based upon the many sites he has taken to success, as well as the many sites owned by the users of our course, Project 24. It is possible you are right.
I was in a rush looking for info and I watched a lot of videos in that day. Many of which was rehash and incomplete or innacurate information. There is a lot of those online and on youtube. I will rewatch this video another time. They are nice informations in it.
Covid is such a b**ch. I dont know how you guys are living it but on my side some days are hard to handle.

Watched you guys during the summer of 2019 and decided to start a blog in July. It started ranking in november and during the last 30 days i've had 18k pageviews and made about 1200-1300USD from that. Norwegian audience (small country).

This is great to show some of my unrealistic friends who want to start a blog and have never written or blogged before but seriously expect to make thousands of dollars a month right off the bat!
Cookbook Divas we all know that’ll never happen, it really takes a lot of research and thought process into building a website that viewers can stay engaged with. Especially a blog type website. The eyes upon whose ever website are coming to a site for a answer to a problem they need solved. And of course if they know enough about the subject they can tell right away if the site is legit or not.
Good stuff! Treat your blog starting off as if you already have 100+ thousand viewers/mth. Write like it, manage it like it, etc. And just know, if you are producing good, quality content, and doing the necessary input for monetization, it will happen. I've learned from a business mentor in my life "DON'T start reading your newspaper clippings early on." Trust the process, and know it will work in due time. It's been said a million times over, but too many people think they can create their blog and have money flying out of their mailbox on day 2, 10, 50, etc. It takes time, and with patience and persistence, it will pay off. Few simply have the patience to wait for it.
The ads are annoying but I'd like to show support to Jim and Ricky so I finished all of them patiently... hahaaha.. Thank you for always sharing Jim 😇

I'm approaching 10.000 pageviews a month. Doubled my organic traffic last 8 weeks.....and still making peanuts with AdSense (50 Cents a day on average). For the love of me I can't figure out waht I am doing wrong.

@@MrGadu95 not looking good. Much less than before. I had someone writing for me but stopped because couldn't afford it anymore. BUT ..I started uploading daily to my RUclips channel January 1st and post to the blog accordingly and it's coming back again. But not anywhere near 10K. Still very low. Hope you are doing much better than me.

It depends if that is 1000 page views on an info page or a money page. An affiliate site typically makes $100 per 1000 page views.

Jim, just to let you know, when I view your recommended themes link that takes me to your site, the entire Acobado theme section is not resizing on mobile and all the text for its description and why you recommend it is cut off and unreadable. Probably not what you're wanting if you want people to be interested in it. Figured you might want to know about that so you can fix it. About the video, thank you very much yet again. I had a recent experience in which I got a surge of traffic from a newer trending topic with little competition. Was interesting to watch unfold and provides a lot of insight into how this whole blogging system works. If anyone has the spare time and a spare blog, I recommend experimenting in this area (keep an eye on new trends) for educational purposes. Congrats, Ricky!
I'm in the same boat, meaning I'm working on a niche site with a newer trending topic with zero competition. How long did it take you to see the surge?
@@ann2796 very little time - about a day or two max from almost zero to 400-500 organics a day. It likely won't last long term, but still gives you a great perspective on how the system works. It's all about finding the sweet spot - just like in golf. Hit the ball too high or low and your ball goes into the woods. Hit it just right and it's on the green.

We’re just cautious about accepting sponsored posts because they will often harm your site if they’re not well done. But it is a legitimate way to monetize a site, just not one we do very often.

There is a user there who is going by the project 24 philosophy to build a blog and he is recording his progress and there has been a lot of discussion about income school and if their tactics are even good anymore etc. It's very interesting since it is a conversation that has been going for months and has a lot of neat info.

I will be doing 12k per month traffic on my site. I have placed very few Google in article ads and I am making around $10/month from it. I am trying to sell teespring tees also through that. Will be trying popup offers also. And lead gen is the long term plan

About 4 years ago I started a drone store online. Using just Woocommerce and Amazon products. For a while, I was getting just 1500 visitors a month but making about $600 a month from Amazon. I got a little greedy and stupid and made other websites that got me banned. I didn't know better and deleted the whole website. and let all my domains expire. They never told me why my email got banned and I didn't realize I could just make a new account so I lost everything. I can imagine what I'd be doing nowadays had I not gotten banned. From start to the $600 monthly only took about 7 months from the day I bought the domain name. I wish I had watched you guys 4 years ago...

My site does 1 million page views a month but still barely earns 1k from adsense. Problem is that the site is India specific and the majority of traffic is from the subcontinent. So the cpc is really low. Any idea on how to better the returns?
