Do you think that the anti-sun message in Australia is overblown? I'm tending to believe so and have been getting more sun for the last several years. Also from the sunshine state :)
@@stevethewizard6502 I think for healthy people we don't need to be anywhere near as worried. it's not good to burn, but if you aren't burning, it's unlikely to be a problem.
Humans are solar panels. Sun is so very important for everything’s existence on this planet. Get atleast 3hrs sunlight everyday. Get outside on the grass barefoot and enjoy the world.

I am currently taking D3 + K supplements but recently invested in a Vitamin D lamp for the winter. I am borderline low but it can be hard to get sun even though I live in the Sun Belt USA. This is mostly driven by my 9-5 job, and when off of daylight savings it gets dark here at 4:30pm.
