- On the flight home I watched 5feet apart. It made me feel super nostalgic and definitely was the inspiration to rummage through my childhood bedtime stories. Turned it into a video ~ Played around with a different mic setup and aces color.

What is ASMR?
ASMR is a physical reaction to sound, sometimes even causing a warm tingling sensation. Side effects may include: feelings of relaxation, calmness, comfort, moments of entertainment, followed by the intense need to nap. I've been watching asmr since 2012 and making them since 2016, with the goal of creating videos I wished to see more of in the community.

I just watched your last video that you uploaded before this one again yesterday but this time I read the description box and I hope that you are feeling better. You haven't posted for a few weeks and you mentioned that you felt in a creative down phase right now and that you aren't comfortable sitting in front of the camera. Then honestly, why forcing yourself? I mean, listen, money is one part of the equation, but if you really feel uncomfortable, then you don't need to force yourself. There are lots of ways that you can show ASMR without showing your face, too, don't forget that.
Sadly, I can't tell you how to feel better about yourself, sadly I can't just give you tips n tricks how to overcome this "funk" because I am not a psychology student, but what I can say is that sometimes it needs a small spark to make things flow again. A little purchase of some sorts that would help you on your next journey out into the wild, "good" food, new camera equipment, filming random things that come to mind. Whatever it is, let yourself go. It can help you to find new inspiration in the little things, even in life. Now, please take everything I said with a grain of salt. Maybe there are issues in your private life that you can't overcome just yet that hinder you from doing your own shizz out there, but just know that your feelings are mega f'ing valid, that you should take the time that you need and finally that we are very grateful for your content, because it helps us more than you might think.
Sorry for this long ass text, but I hope that it reaches you and that you understand that no matter if it's a phase or something that will bother you for a longer period of time, it does not make you less of a human and you are still awesome :D

I used to read so much growing up I don’t think I can think of a specific book that I would grab all the time. I definitely loved The Boxcar Children and Series of Unfortunate Events. My mom actually had to stop buying me books and take me to the library for books bc I would finish them so quickly. I’m trying to get back into reading. Agatha Christie is my obsession right now. Murder mysteries are THE BEST. I have a bucket list to read/collect all of her books. I think I counted all the books she wrote and it was close to 100 or over 100. ☠️ wish me luck. I think I have close to 15 now. Thanks for the tingles and story telling. 🥰

Oh my gosh PJ, that was fantastic! My absolute favorite part of my childhood was having my favorite picture books read to me over and over again. That not only brought back those happy memories but was also very relaxing and fun to hear what some of your favorite stories were. You should absolutely do that again sometime.

I loved this video so much! It's one of my favorites. I think it would be really cool if you could read a chapter book. Nothing to big. Just something your teacher would read to you in like 3rd grade. I think books like "The Tale of Despereaux" and things like that would work amazing. 💘💞💗💖
